I cannot emphasize how wonderful my experience was! The staff were amazing. Nick helped answer all of my questions and got me into a Samsung. When I realized a missed my iPhone dearly, Nick and Channel helped me make the change with the utmost professionalism. They were hilarious to talk to, got the job done fast, and made me feel welcome in the store. Ricky also came in at the end and was equally helpful! I would highly recommend this store! I rarely get such wonderful customer service.

Do yourself a favor and go to the dentist next door to this store and get your teeth pulled, it will surely be a much more enjoyable experience than working with this team of imbeciles who care more about making food runs than helping you solve a simple issue with your phone. Avoid this store like the plague.
