More confusion than a circus clown show. Parts were late. They called and said the parts would be later than expected. On the day the parts did arrive, they called and said they were missing and wouldnt arrive before Monday (3 days). I immediately ordered a phone online, and was going to pick up my phone at "We Fix It" and cancel the order. After I left work they called and told me my phone was fixed, so I wasted my $300 on the replacement phone. When I came to pay (despite their bad communication), they gave me the wrong phone (same model, but it belonged to someone else). I figured that out after driving home, so I had to return to the store to exchange it. But they had given me someone elses UNLOCKED phone... I had all of their contact information and accounts at my fingertips, because "I Fix It" couldnt keep track of 2 phones from different customers. Now, just a day later, their replacement screen installation is falling apart. POOR communication. POOR customer service. POOR Quality work.

We Fix It Repair in Ames was, in fact, the epitomy of what service excellence should be. I called ahead. They answered their phones. I arrived and they told me courteously what theyd do and use and the cost and it was in keeping with the market. Then I barely sat down and had small-talk and got something from my truck when the first gentelmen had come back with my perfectly fixed phone! I was honestly expecting it to take three times that long, at least! So the price and time and experience were just great! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a broken device. Exceptional service, reasonably priced and fast. My son needed his phone fixed and while we waited the person working dealt with a customer I would characterize not only as extremely rude, but incredibly unreasonable. Despite this, the employee was kind, professional, and despite the customers relentless attacks, he took the high road. I honestly dont know how he didnt come across the counter at the guy, he was that rude. We had a good laugh about it after the person left, and we were on our way shortly thereafter with a finished product. Great business.

After having my charging port replaced on my Droid Turbo 2, I found out that the front facing camera had stopped working. Apparently, they had inadvertently knocked it loose while making the repair. I emailed them and they asked me to bring it back in and they would take care of it. With no questions asked, they replaced the camera and had me on my way in under a half an hour. I highly recommend these guys, they not only do great work, but they stand behind it. You dont find that every day, or hardly ever anymore. Thank you very much gents!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! Go to apple for an iPhone screen replacement or your wireless carrier. It isnt cheaper at all. It cost me $158 to get my iPhone 6 plus screen fixed, and the screens that they use are cheap and the touch is unresponsive. After a few days i noticed a tare in the lcd screen and i went back in and they didnt do anything about it and told me the phone was dropped. It wasnt and I put a case on it the day I got the screen replaced. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?!

My experience with We Fix it Repair was incredible! My iPhone headphone jack and charging port stopped working and when I took it into my phone carrier, they claimed it was water damage. I was going to have to pay $300 and lose all of the data that hadnt been backed up to the cloud. Instead, I checked around and asked We Fix it Repair to look into it. They replaced one part and my phone was as good as new! Only $65. I was very VERY pleased with the service I got here. Thanks guys!

Five Star +++ Rating. A smashed screen on the Smart Phone was declared dead by my carrier. Only option would be to pay off the lease and pay off the damage fee and then upgrade, and loose all data/contacts/photos, etc. Andrew at We Fix It replaced the screen and had it good as new within 45 minutes at 1/3 of the cost quoted by the carrier. Excellent service. Excellent Customer Service.

At the Ames store nothing but good things to say, knowledgeable staff, immediately diagnosed a bad charging port of my Galaxy S5 - the Achilles heel of this phone. Knew ATT would not cover it under warranty as physical damage. They fixed it quickly for a reasonable price in a short time. Forget the warranty or insurance and have these guys fix your issues. Highly recommended

What a perfect experience. The tech was amazingly knowledgeable and somehow managed to handle everyone in the store and on the phone. I was most impressed with his knowledge of Samsung phones. He replaced a cracked screen and outer chrome band as well as recognized an imperfect refurbish job that had left the Wi-Fi cables mangled. Highly recommend.

This isnt really a review, more of a question. I dropped my Iphone 6s today at work and it has a crack in the top right corner and it worked all day just fine, then the screen went black and wouldnt turn on. I need to get it fixed ASAP and was recommended here, is it possible you can give me and estimate in the damage? And how long it would take?

Found out the fine print for the uh, we will call them "Nerd Herd" protection plan was going to cost me $150 deductible, plus send it out, use a loaner phone, etc. Called "We Fix It", much cheaper, and had it done in an hour as opposed to several days, and sending it out, etc. Long story short, quick, affordable and promise delivered.

Couldnt rate higher. Showed up with a quote from Apple to fix my broken Macbook screen and they not only halved it, but did an incredible job in terms of both repair and service. They got it done in 3 hours and it was just like new! Thanks so much to the guys at We Fix It. I couldnt recommend you more highly!

Service was quick and easy. I stopped by and briefly described what was going on, filled out a form in about a minute and came back an hour or so later to pick it up and works good as new! The tech also checked inside the phone for additional issues but went unfounded. Great resource and friendly service!

This place is awesome! I took my cracked phone screen into the Valley Junction store to be replaced, but the replacement screen wouldnt work, (not their fault). I took my phone into the Ames location, and they did another screen replacement free of charge from my warranty, and my phone works perfect!

You fixed my screen and Im greatful. You did a great job and it only took you overnight. However it must have some internal issue. It wont keep time or stay connected to WiFi. So you never know when you drop it if its just the screen or youve ruined something inside. Thank You David Romp

I had a charger issue on my phone, they were very straight forward and didnt try to scam me or anything! Just looked at my phone charging port, took out the lint and it fixed everything!! I tried to do it myself but couldnt do it as well as them. Honestly and straightforward!! Very happy
