Called almost 3 weeks after having sent my prescription there to see if glasses were ready; left a voicemail which no one replied to. Called again and was told my 3 pairs of glasses were ready & waiting (who knew?!) but my sunglasses were not. I said my order was 3 total; one were sunglasses. After reviewing something, all 3 were, in fact, done. Whoever answered couldnt get me off the phone fast enough. Wouldnt bother with this place.

Unprofessional. I called and made an appointment, I asked them if they took my insurance before I wasted my time making an appointment with them. When I got to my appointment I was turned away and told that they did NOT take my insurance and would have to pay out of pocket. What a scam. I wouldnt recommend anyone to deal with these people.

I have been doing business with this office for years. Very easy to deal with, nice staff and least expensive in the area for frames and lenses.
