Horrible service, with all three staff members I tried to talk with, from the first call, to showing up at my appointment to learn for the first time they thought I didnt have insurance coverage. I called my insurance company, and confirmed vision coverage. I was still polite, listened to them, but was never reciprocated. I was not even greeted when I showed up for the scheduled appointment (that they cancelled without letting me know). Rude service, wrong information, and would not go back or recommend.

Terrible customer service!!!!! The eye Dr was close to an hour late to my first appointment! He changed my prescription and totally botched it by recommending another brand. I have worn Accuvue for the last 16 years with no problems . I have had to purchase at least 2 times the amount of contacts since his wonderful recommendation to switch brands! And my biggest complaint is they are willing to do nothing to correct mistake!

The worst , got my glasses with a Veterans voucher they held my glasses until the the voucher cleared. The glasses have never worked well the store manager lied and said it was because of a VA policy that they held my glasses and the people who work in the department know nothing.
