The first part of my appointment went okay arrived early. Was put in waiting area and told can look around. Was called back for prescreening. Right before the Dr called me I asked which glasses where covered under my insurance was told 69.99 we then asked if we picked out other ones would the 69.99 be deducted from this was told yes. Saw Dr. Then was told to look around and someone would be helping me. I walked around and no one helped me or came up to me. I finally went up to someone showing what I wanted. Asked if we pay for them today or when done. Pay now after it was all done and asked if they had all my info they told me that i could only pick out frames that were 69.99. Was there for 2 hr No one helped me out picking frames They workers where no were to be found Was told incorrect information Manager came out and was not helpful. Said there was nothing she could do. I can understand making a mistake But this was horrible service and no sales rep helping. I just left the store.

My wife went in to get her glasses and fitting done, three weeks later she didnt get a call so she called them back instead and come to find out, shes not in the system, which means they never entered her information in. Horrible, now she has to take work off to get it redone, no thank you, we will go elsewhere.

I went to Vision Works because they had a special. Catherine helped me choose the right frames. She was very professional and experienced. The glasses were completed in a timely fasion. I purchased my previous glasses from there as well. Great place and great staff. Thank you.
