Edit: North Woods Optics contacted me shortly after this was posted and work hard to address the issues I had encountered. The fact that they would follow up says a lot about the company. I will be giving them another try in a few weeks. Ive been to a number of eye clinics across the Metro, and this one was the worst. Layout of the clinic is very confusing and strange. When I was taken back, I was given a vision test, but when I finished the test, no one was around and I waited in the dark for 5 minutes for someone to finally show up. Doctor was constantly splitting time between me and 3 other patients, and I felt very rushed out the door. They didnt have my contacts in stock and made a billing error as I was checking out. Overall, the staff was not very helpful, the doctor was not very committed to me and a patient, and I didnt even get my prescription figured out in one visit. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone!

*Updated review: Good option. Quality and fashionable selection. Due to other party errors my delivery was late, North Woods optics was given conflicting information from the shipping source and this does not reflect on NWO. The staff are courteous, friendly, and professional. They handled this case well following up and finding solutions and resolution. Over all a good experience despite unexpected delay. +STAR for great looking decor and ambiance.

I had a very pleasant experience and the Doctor even took an extra step to verify that I even needed glasses at all. They are not focused on sales; they are focused on what it best for the patient. I had a lovely experience and I will be coming back so all future checkups!

Told them that I was heading to college at the end of the week, and they managed to get me my new glasses in three days! The staff is always helpful and patient, and the decor is on the right side of kitsch.

It feels like the cabin! Very an optometry clinic, its quite relaxing. The doc is a great optometrist and person. Best, local place around.
