I found LensCrafters to be much quicker than Health Partners to get the glasses made, but compared with H.P., they take little or no care fitting the glasses once you get them. When you go up front to get them, they hand them to you, you put them on, and they take a quick look to see if they look okay. They then ask if the glasses need adjustments, and dont even check the curve of the temples behind your ears to make sure they stay in place. They should do this automatically for you since they are in the business and know the details. You dont want to take guesses as to what needs adjusting and then have to keep going back for fixes.

Worst customer service I have ever had at a LensCrafters. I have been a loyal customers for years. I recently moved to the Twin Cities and the customer service received at this location is deplorable!!! Customer Service Rep by the name of Susan has no idea how to treat customers. I had her hold some frames for me and ultimately end up loosing them, all she had to say for her self was "Unfortunately you have to make another selection." After I had already spent the time choosing!!! Stay away from this place.

The Optometrist was great, the rest of the staff were below par. I heard more talk about their Friday night drinking plans then I did about my glass/lenses. They also seem to get slightly annoyed when you dont decide quickly on a pair of lenses or dont agree with their personal "favorite pair on you" of glasses. Again, GREAT efficient friendly Optometrist, awful supporting cast. Go here for exams, go else where for everything else

This team has been awesome for years now. They have stayed open after hours to pull a contact out of my sons eye that snuck way up under this eyelids, lets a try a few options when we switched to multi-focal, they have the machine that takes a picture of your eye (for the last 4 years now) and can compare year to year for health changes, and have always been very helpful. Thanks!

Ive had some problems getting the right contacts and glasses this summer. I found the people at this store to be very helpful. I returned a pair of glasses I didnt like and found a cheaper pair - they were happy to give the difference. They were also patient when it took three tries to get the contacts right and even said theyd match the cheap online prices for my contacts!

This was my first time here, and it wont be my last. I wasnt expecting much from a corporate eye company, but everyone there; staff, doctors, eye wear specialists were extremely kind and very helpful. There was an issue with my insurance and they spent over a half hour getting it squared away and taken care of while I was having my eyes checked. Very impressed!

The retail store and doctors are great. The on-line appointment scheduling option DOES NOT WORK. Call if you need an appointment. Try to make one on-line and show up then, they will have no record of the appointment.
