Went to Target Mobile today to buy an iPhone SE outright since the AD says 15% off almost everything. And the cellphones were included. Well, the nice gentleman Chad that was helping me ran into some technical difficulties with the mobile customer service line. Therefore; he called back a Target manager, an older man that was in charge on this date 11/28 around 130/2pm. He said if the customer service people couldnt do anything about it, he couldnt either. Which is a lie because I know for sure they can mark it down 15%. He had no interest in helping me at all. And if you ask me; he has no reason to be put in a position of power when he does NOT want to help his guests! Thank you Chad, and the other guy, thank you for showing me that you do NOT care about your customers!!

Great Target! Theres plenty of room to park even when its busy. Plenty of stock of everything, I dont even think I saw a single empty spot in the store. The employees are helpful and actually take time to help you out. I was standing in line, browsing Cartwheel to see if I had any coupons for what I was buying, and right as I finished, an employee walked up to me to inform me that the self checkout lines were available and that I could go there to pay. He definitely did not have to do that and I didnt see anyone nearby that wouldve ordered him to do so. The fact that he decided to come tell me there was a faster lane/checkout on his own is great! Definitely do not have employees of that caliber in many other stores.

I dont normally complain because most of the time I think its silly and I will put up with awkward customer service any day considering I am awkward myself but I was in the express lane today at this target and I think it was pretty bad customer service considering 1.) She was reading a magazine while checking me out and 2.) She didnt even look up and me and when I said "Im so glad I found your cough drops here, I almost thought you didnt have them" she literally went "Oooh" mockingly and then didnt say another word. I wanted to say something but I dont think this woman would have cared... maybe she was a manager or something. Regardless... completely rude.

I worked at this Target, and what I can tell you is this: 1.) THIS TARGET COMMITS FRAUD. The Cashiers (many of them minors) are deliberately told to value "speed over accuracy". They often will tax non-taxable items such as clothing. Your receipt will likely have at least 1 error. 2.) MOST OF THE YOUNGER-AGED STAFF HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO HELP YOU. You are better off running to Walgreens or CVS across the street for batteries. 3.) THE PRODUCE AND BAKERY ARE NOT FRESH. THEY OFTEN ARE 2 WEEKS OLD. Try Cub, Jerrys, or Lunds & Byerlys for around the same price. DO NOT trust this Target. -past employee at this location

Overall good experiences. Staff changes frequently, but I find what I need. My one critique is the fresh produce and meat department need some improvements. Fresh produce needs to be fresh (does not have to look perfect). The meat selection has been improving, but it still is not to the level of the Edina Cub Foods. I love being able to buy everything I need at one location, but for custom home cooked meals, for now the high end produce and meats are obtained elsewhere.

This one is well lit, very lively compared to other targets i have visited in the twin cities and has almost everything you ask for. Fruits and veggies section is dull and missed some international food you would find in nearby Cub and so for food you sometimes have to make an additional trip. Home goods, toys are my favorite section. I dont venture into clothes and apparel as its too much confusing and not laid out well and appears like cheap clothes.

Denise the cigarette smoking 12pm closing poor excuse of a what target leaves to watch the store. Broom closet under cover hillbillie cutty cat mouse chasing target shoe, with toe jam smelling feet that make you want to leave your groceries and run to the nearest Dr Sholes and spry her little boy peep looking Butt from head to her funky toes. Until she wash them up the end of shopping at targut makes my stomach hurt because it smells like her feet.

A good Target, but always very busy. Majority of the store is clean, except for the bathrooms (I guess from the large usage). Stock always seems to be up to date. My only real concern is the constant language issues. I, and my family, have heard (multiple times) staff dropping f-bombs and the like... yeah. So, with 2 kids 7 and 4, its a problem I wish didnt exist, but when you employe so many teens and young 20s. Guess it comes with the territory.

This is my favorite Super Target to go to because they have a nice grocery area and a good selection of mens grooming items, more than other Targets. Also, the electronics area is laid out well - more open and "walkable". Also, the updated Food Ave. area is VERY COOL. The only thing that I would watch out for is pulling into the parking lot from the side facing JoAnns fabric because it can get a little too crowded quickly.

Large assortment, but the ethnic section is not so good. Good place to shop with kids. I can pick up some kids clothes, last minute socks while doing my grocery shopping. Dairy section often runs out of specific brands of milk, or sometime the milk in the shelf is already past their expiration dates. I am shopping there for last 8 years and impressed by the fact that the company has now a large selection of organic foods.

If you like waiting in lines, this is the store for you. I like the products, but from a service point-of-view, this store completely fails. They only open about four to five check-out lanes, even during peak, when they should have at least three times that. The lines stretch out into the merchandise isles, which really sucks when you want to check-out. If you like convenience, avoid this place because it isnt.

I love this Target! I use the pharmacy as well, and have overall been impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the pharmacy staff. It does seem true that the checkout lines are long, and I have yet to see even half of the lanes open at the same time, but the cashiers are quick and efficient. Being able to go to one store for my household, grocery and pharmacy needs is great!

This is my normal go-to place for supplies and groceries. Usually clean, well-stocked, well-staffed. But lately, it has taken far too long to check out. Only four checkout lanes were open and the self-checkout also had lines. Target, if the in-store service is poor, you make the decision to use Amazon Prime much easier! Im rooting for you - you can do it! Ill try one more time.

Mist awesome Target experience ever! Trenton went out of his way to help us find what we were looking for. We also observed him do the same for another customer. A cashier opened a line for us even though we were the second customer in line. So happy to find employees who cared about the customer even though they were doing other things in the store and it was after 10 PM.
