They should put signs on all of the medicine theyre going to require an ID for. In the last 10 years I have never been carded in order to purchase NyQuil so I was a little surprised she asked for my ID. Im 28 but most people guess me around 32-34. She couldnt sell me the NyQuil because my license expired last month. Fine if she has to follow some rules or whatever, I just wish I wouldnt have wasted 10 minutes standing in line while another lady played 20 questions about the balance rewards card. I went somewhere else and got it in less than 5 minutes.

This walgreens is on the corner of 8th st and 1st ave in altoona iowa. The picture above is not the store in altoona. I like the walgreens in altoona. Its a great place to get lost in for a few hours just browsing if your bored and they have some interesting things to buy. I really love the buy one get one makeup coupons. Its the perfect little store to get things at.

Third Pharmacy automatically assumes people are drug Seekers. I was told I can get my prescription filled 3 days in advance and that has not been the case at all actually been three days probably after. They feel that Im a drug seeker and thats how they treat you. Ive missed work all week due to this Pharmacy

Me and my girlfriend have been going here for two years. The people are always friendly and remember us. Ive never had a problem with my prescriptions here, so no clue what the other people are commenting about, more than likely just your average entitled person. Always a great atmosphere. Cheers.
