Today my niece & I visited the Sprint store in Calhoun Village - me to see if they could reset my voicemail settings password & her to see what the options were for buying a new phone. A very nice man helped me - Im sorry I dont recall his name right now - he took extra steps to help me. He called the service line for me when he wasnt able to reset my password online. He talked with the service rep for me & got my password reset for me. Then he made sure I was able to log into my voicemail settings. He was very kind and even apologized for the wait; which was really only a few minutes. The man that helped my niece was Jason, the store manager. He was very kind and patient; even excited to help my niece find a new phone. He showed her all the phones (about 9 phones) they have that she liked and wanted to see if they were within her price range. Jason brought them all out from the back, looked each up each phone in the system to see which of the phones would work for my niece, and provided a side-by-side comparison between 3 of the ones she liked. He enjoyed answering all her questions and comparing the phones to the last phone she had from her prior carrier. Jason also set up my nieces new phone with a temporary number - in her hometown area code, which thrilled my niece to pieces - until she is able to come in with the needed info to allow Sprint to transfer her prior phone number to her new phone. Our whole experience at Sprint Calhoun Village was so great! Ive been to this store before but the experience this time was noticeable different from prior visits. And it was definitely different in a very good way! I recommend Sprint to people all the time - even if they arent looking for a new carrier - and now Ill be recommending people go to see the folks at Sprint Calhoun Village. Thank you all for your good attitudes, helpfulness, and kindness! It is really appreciated!

My husband and I have been with AT&T for almost 10 years and we never thought any differently until we came across Sprints new competitive offer to win us over as customers. When we went into the Calhoun store, we met Jeraeme and Paris. They were both great guys who truly did a phenomenal job of making us feel like valued customers - not just for that evening, but for years to come. They went above and beyond in what they offered us, made sure we knew what we were getting into and understood the terms and conditions of our new service agreement with Sprint. While the store closed at 8pm, they were both very committed to completing our transaction and when things didnt go as planned, they stayed the extra hours to make sure that things got taken care of an that we were happy. Without a doubt, I can tell you that youll be very pleased to have both of these guys working in your favor. Even if its just to stop by and see what they offer, I highly recommend that everyone stops by to see if Sprint can compete with your existing plans! Just like us, you may be very pleasantly surprised!

I upgraded to an iPhone 6 this winter. I opted to do the lease so I didnt have to pay out of pocket. I also chose the insurance plan, which I have never purchased before because I thought it was a waste of money. The sales persons at this location were nice and friendly. But they sold me a bill of goods about the insurance - they told me it would cover everything (lost, stolen, dropped...) at no cost No mention of a $200 DEDUCTIBLE! Imagine my surprise when I dropped my phone, it broke, I called to get a free replacement, and then found out it would cost me. I talked to customer service twice. Then I went to the store, where ultimately the same sales guy told me there was nothing that could be done. Sorry, out of luck. Not our problem. Have a nice day, though. Ive been with Sprint since 2002. 13 years! Think its time to switch. Thats terrible customer service and just plain rude. Sales people at this store - you should be ashamed of your poor ethical tactics.

I went to this location and i had a basic flip phone. they showed me all of the phones and helped me pick out the HTC Hero, which i absolutely love! After showing me the phones the represenative suggested accessories which he promptly put onto the phone for me. they transferred my contacts, set up my email, and answered every question................................................................................................to top it all off my first months bill had the activation fee waived like the represenative promised and my bill was LOWER than i expected for the first time ever.

I called this store and was told that if I came in they would replace my phone under their insurance plan. I came in to the store today and they told me that sprint has closed all their service centers anywhere near the city and I had to go way out to the suburbs to replace my phone. This is very inconvenient for me, not to mention I had already made my way out to this store, which is not close at all to my home or work, both downtown. Their employees lie, and thats not ok. Never will return to this store.

I went to this store last week to get a new phone after I broke my old phone, and these guys went above and beyond! I absolutely had to have to iPhone6s in rose gold and they didnt have it.. So, one of the guys drove out to another store to get me the phone I desired! They were so helpful, hardworking, and funny! I will be returning to this store for any further business!

I spoke with Jason about changing my plan and the service he provided was above and beyond expectation. I highly recommend this particular store to anyone looking to join sprint.

Best experience Ive had personally at any Sprint store. After purchasing a new (expensive) phone, I had to return the next day due to an issue I had with the screen protector and they fixed it for me. Really stood behind their work. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Was promised a $50 credit for a mistake this store made by an associate, when I spoke to manager he revoked the credit. The manager said he had the power to take the credit away,( for a mistake they made!) DO NOT GO HERE.

These guys dont just get you the best service you can from sprint but they will make sure you have a situation that your happy with sprint. I usually dont like in store but this was phenomenally great

I have have been to this location twice in the last week and everyone in the store was very polite and helpful. Answered all of my questions and were very understanding of my needs.
