The general manager yelled at my child because she could not see me. As soon as I stood up from bending down she ran to the back I waited around to talk to her and I confronted her and she told me "This is my store and if you dont like my rules you can leave" I just wanted her to realize that she should not yell at my child. It was extremely unprofessional, then she stated that I was becoming a threat to her, even though I did not raise my voice at her nor did I use any foul language, and she raised her voice towards me saying they had video of this.

We found many things we liked that were priced , but once we got to the register the cashier (Jaime) was very rude and had a horrible attitude. He told us that the price tags were all wrong and then went on to raise the prices on almost everything we grabbed. I have been to many good wills and that was the worst service I have ever received. I will not be returning to this location. I recommend the let Jaime go, as he was not customer friendly.

This Goodwill is probably the most expensive Ive been to, but its worth it for the amount of brand name accessories. I picked up a Kate Spade handbag for $15 today. A fair amount of the clothing is old lady stuff...but very high quality. It may or may not suit your fashion. The furniture is clean and the housewares are nice (Kitchen aid stand mixers!). The staff are great and the store is spotless.

One of the best Goodwills in the Twin Cities. Consistently I find good deals, clean and quality goods. I imagine that this is due to its proximity to many affluent areas like Kenwood and the Isles neighborhood... Maybe those with disposable incomes dispose of all their impulsively bought stuff here. Yay -- more for the rest of us! Thank you!

We bought a cabin up north and furnished it with finds from this Goodwill. Weve also been frequent donors. It has a surprisingly nice collection of artwork which we used to stage our house for sale (and which we will be donating). Love the place and the people.

I just stopped here to donate a very nice couch. The manager (with the VERY nice eyebrows, I forget her name shockingly enough) was extremely rude. Needs a serious attitude adjustment. Terrible tone of voice when dealing with customers.

One of the smallest Goodwills Ive been to. They have a lot of new items which I was disappointed to see, because that means higher prices and thats not what Im looking for. It is very clean, however the selection is small.
