was in shopping last week I purchase nearly 100.000 when i got to the register I realized I left my coupon at home. I ask the cashier or sales person if your company honor the coupon that was out. She said no, and that was that. I didnt feel like dropping everything going home to get my coupon, so I could waste more time standing in line. I had the Retail me not app but there was such a long line I didnt want anyone else to have to wait. I really think your company could rethink this coupon offer, if its out there you should honor it by having a scan bar at all registers. I really have no intensions of shopping your store again. I return everything and took my business else where. I just did not think this was good customer service. If you want my business go the extra step to make me and your customer want to come back. What does it really cost your company a coupon, great customer service. Instead you lost sales base on a policy, which I feel you should change. Today I am going out to buy Christmas decor I thought Michaels than stopped and went to hobby lobby where they always honor there coupons at the register.

The only reason I come to this store is because its literally across the street but I think that is about to stop and Ill drive to Hall to get what I need. Employees always look bored and disgruntled. Never greet people as they enter the building, if you ask for help they take a deep breath and sigh, and the last time I shopped there the sales girl mumbled something under her breath several times before I left, one of them being "Just F--- off." Firstly I did nothing to deserve that so I dont know where her anger was coming from but seriously, get a new staff and manager.

Bought two frames on a buy one-get one deal. One was damaged, and what should have been a simple exchange, even after debating with the store manager, ended in me paying extra for a new frame. I work in retail, I know how this should have worked, and how my store would have handled this, but this store failed.

I love visiting Michaels for the employees. They are always happy older ladies who just love being crafty. They have great ideas and offer helpful ideas all of the time. Only downside is that the products can be very overpriced depending on what youre buying.
