I gave a three star because I like the store, but customer service could be better. Attitudes could be worked on. Customers should be able to ask questions without feeling like they are a bother. This isnt the first time this has happened there, especially from Randi. I dont like to leave negative reviews, but maybe some people just arent cut out to work in the public.

I just recently went there and being disabled was pleasantly surprised to find out that the Manager Margie was willing to push me in their wheelchair and help me shop for my painting supplies then thru the line and out to my car! Everyone there is so nice and friendly! Ive had two great experiences! The sales are wonderful!

My family, friends, and I have shopped at the Woodhaven, Michigan store for a long time. We really love the wide variety of crafts and home products that this store has to offer, and we all know that the staff will go out of their way to be helpful. A definite five-star store!
