They always have more than what I need haha. The coupons and sales are decent. Ive found that when you get a 60% off coupon and its good for any regular price items, but everything in the store is on sale, you can use it on the Ty Beanie Boos. My daughter gave one to her brother and thats all he wants now. So, you can get a medium sized one for 60% off. My coupon doesnt go to waste and I can start gathering small things to start my Christmas shopping. Customer service has always been acceptable in my opinion. The line for the cut counter can get a bit long. The employees are always willing to help or offer a bit of advice if you need it. They are curious to know what you are doing with certain pieces if it isnt obvious and are happy to briefly discuss the plans.

I went to the Hall Road Joanns today to pick out several fabrics to coordinate with a previous purchase. I spent over an hour walking back and forth before deciding on a navy straight from my original fabric and a lime green for a kick of color. I was just about to go to the cutting station when a worker approached me and asked if I needed help. I told her that I was fine, just picking some stuff out and she looked at my cart and told me, "Well, none of that works." After an hour of agonizing, I spent another ten minutes putting away the notions, pillows, and fabric I had collected and left completely demoralized and empty handed. I found that womans comment to be rude and just plain bad service/salesmanship. I do not recommend this store.

Its simply not possible to find a store, of any kind, with nicer and more helpful employees. The manager is a gem! Its a joy to shop there. Just wish Joann home office management was at least on the curve, if not ahead of the curve, of trends. Many of the stocked products are dated while independent stores are better supplied with new releases and up to date products. Come on Corporate! You can do better!

Jo-Ann Fabrics is a great place to buy art supplies, picture frames, or sewing/knitting/crochet materials. They give you a good amount of time to use your coupons and they have different types of coupons for online purchases or in-store purchases. I would highly recommend this place if your a crafty person. Also great for Girl Scouts!

Employees are nowhere to be found and when you do they act put out by having to help you. Lazy staff... Lazy with a capital "L". Luckily I found another customer that was very helpful and knowledgeable or I would have left.

Place is worse than walmart. 14 people in line yet they only have 2 registers open. This is always the case. Long lines with 1-2 cashiers. Why did they even bother putting in the 7 registers?....
