I recently purchased a 8" All in Wonder Flat Lap machine, I work with all types of stones from Agate to Mookeite. During the time I was waiting for my machine I began to research it deeper and time after time I would find negative reviews and i began to panic before I even received the machine. I was preparing for headaches and bad service. Once it got here and i open it i found a few things missing and I called and spoke to jerry the first time and he never questioned any of my complaints, he politely said no problem Im shipping your items out right now. They arrived 2 days later WOW! Then later i ran into another issue from what I must now admit (lack of reading instructions)and i ended up messing a lot of stuff up. I called and spoke to Don and Don made it clear that he was a fellow Rock Hound and he used the machine for 10 years. He like Jerry mailed me all the parts i needed (and he did not have to because i think i might have voided the warranty) and they too arrived in only 2 days.Plus he took the time out of his day to email me all types of great tips on using the machine and lapidary in general. The Inland Craft Flat Top All in Wonder is a great product to own. treat it well and the results will be awesome. Good friend bought a NEW flat lap machine 2 years ago(2014). Used it a month, had a stroke and put it up till last month. Variable motor would only run on high speed. Unit has a 2YEAR WARRANTY. But the motor was built in 2009!!! So, They would not HONOR THE WARRANTY! !. I Was with her when she bought it! I would never recommend this company to any one. What, you gotta tear down the mechine to check the date of components! Buy from reperable company and this isnt one.

Terrible. Do not order with this company. I placed an order more than 7 months ago, and they failed to deliver. I kept getting told the order would be shipped within 2 weeks and it never happened. I cancelled the order, and it has been a month. They still have not refunded by money. No one picks up the phone, and no one responds to emails. Not sure what kind of company they are running. Complete Scam.
