Malacia Sears

I called to discuss a glue gun that I purchased. According to the receipt it says no refunds but exchanges only. I called to discuss my issue the cashier placed me on hold to speak with management after I told her the malfunction. She in turn got back on the phone and told me that I could not have a refund. I asked to speak to the manager she gave me the extension and said call back because she could not transfer me. I called back and of course its no prompts to be connected to the extension she provided. I called a third time and was connected to a manager that did not pick up the phone. Now Im stuck with a glue gun that does not work efficiently.

I love love love this place. I used to live in Roseville and visited this place often. Prices are great, especially if you hunt for clearance items. I moved way out west to Hartland and I still make a trip at least once a year. When I say "Im going to my craft store" my family knows exactly where Im headed. Sure there are some things you can also find at the dollar store, but their prices and selection of craft and floral decorations are unmatched.

They do have very little good prices. They are overpriced. They dont do returns and in my opinion that is the absolute worst thing a store could do. They do however have exchanges, but with no returns I wouldnt suggest buying something you are unsure about. Only buy what you know you need and want. If you are planning for an event and want to buy from here only get the specific must haves on your list. And there is nice customer service.

Its an "ok" craft store. Prices are hit or miss. For the store to be so large its lacking a variety of options. Customer service is not present. I made eye contact with 15 different employees. Not one offered to assist or concerned if I had questions. Only one of the 15 smiled at me. He smiled as I walked out the door with an empty cart. Go figure...

Massive store with all seasons of supplies available! My daughter and I love this place. The Cashiers need an attitude adjustment, but the employees on the sales floor have been very helpful! The prices are incredible also! Check it out...it took us forever to walk the entire store.

Love this place!! If your crafty like me youll love it here. Its warehouse style, but prices are second to none! Weddings, holidays (year around), baby showers, TONS of great artificial flowers, candles, beads, more ribbon then Ive ever seen under one roof and SO much more.

Its big in size but quality they lack on. They dont compare to Michaels or Joanna fabric. Prices mediocre. And there return policy sucks. Im not impressed at all. The one good thing is they have mason jars for cheap. Other than that, thats about it....

Always LOVED this place! I live so close which is even better. Great prices, good deals and always has amazing candles, big brand names and so so cheap! Only place I buy candles now. Love your wreath prices as well, never leave our neighborhood!
