Found what I was looking for in a few minutes stood at the cutting counter for 15 minutes waiting to get the fabric cut there was no one in line the lady was helping someone and walked away without saying anything to me 2 other employees walked by looked at me and didnt say anything when the lady finally came back she didnt even apologize for my wait if I hadnt really needed the fabric for a dress Im making for my 6 year old granddaughter I would have walked out never had such bad customer service

We go to Jo-Anns several times a month for crafting supplies and kid projects. They take all sorts of coupons from their app, from the Michaels app, and from texts and print ads. The staff are very knowledgeable. Our daughter takes classes there and loves them.

Always have a great selection of fabric with nice cutting table ladies who can help with a variety of project suggestions and design help. The pattern sales rotate frequently and the store is always clean. If you stack your coupons, you can save quite a bit!

My kids enjoy this place. I can usually find something I need. The store has at the least beginning level crafts and supplies for the novice hobbiest. Staff is a little light but the store is clean and check-out time is low.
