I came in today to buy supplies to felt knit a mini Twizzle using her actual hair. Hair not shown. Twizzle was my beautiful precious dog who I had to put down this past Monday. I found out online that you can actually make these little animals using felt knit needles and you dogs actual hair! Everyone was very nice and helpful as much as they could be unfortunately not many people had experience with felt knitting nor did they have much to choose from but I was able to get the bare minimum.

The 13 mile Jo-Ann Fabrics is a "Superstore", was built in the past 5 years and has the largest selection in South East Michigan. If you prefer to shop in store for items like I do, theres a good chance youll find here, what you havent found at another location. They hold a large number of classes in store that change bi-monthly. Fabric selection is massive and always on trend (I only wish they would stock Modal again

I rang the bell and asked the "framer" if she sold any econo spacers, she said no, before i could even finish. I asked her if she knew what an econo spacer was and she said, she doesnt sell any spacers. Thanks for your help! But the glass cleaner was on sale, so it was still a good trip.

Good for sewing notions fabric is way too expensive. More of a craft store than anything. You can never find anyone on the floor when you need help. Please dont ask staff any questions about a project whenever you finally find one. They have no idea.....IJS

I have always been treated with courtesy. The employees are first rate when it comes to assistance. I appreciate the coupons and sales, especially the 50 percent off regular priced items. It has always been a pleasure to shop at Joanne Fabrics.

This is an old school store and when I walked in it reminded me of my youth. Jo-Ann Fabrics has been around forever. I just needed some thread, a needle and some patches. But they have everything and they have classes you can take to.

Great selections for crafts, but fabric stock can be low at times. My most number one complaint is that the fabric cutting ladies can be very rude and make you feel uncomfortable when you need help with measurements.

Store is nice. The corporation is terrible. They are always understaffed with horrible wait times. Saturday afternoon with 1 cashier. I feel awful for the employees. I hope hobby lobby buys them.

Had an issue with 3 over rings. Had to go back, park, drag kids for a 4.75 adjustment. Better in my pocket,but it was aggravating. Clerk could of been more apologetic.
