I stopped in for matting and framing of a print for a family members birthday. Teresa in framing listened to my ideas, then thoughtfully suggested design alternatives. Her ideas were much better than mine so I turned this project over to Teresa. The matting color was not in stock so she located the color at another store and even picked it up herself so I could meet my deadline. Teresa went above and beyond what was required. My purchase from Hobby Lobby was less than $60, but the beauty of the professionally matted and framed print is priceless. Teresa really took ownership of my project and made me look like a genius. I have dealt with other craft and framing stores and they offer nothing close to the service I received from Teresa and Hobby Lobby.
