Wow. I cant describe the experience me and my sister had here. We drove to downtown plymouth to try and get into I do too, but they were closed because it was memorial day weekend. So i remembered a friend who purchased from B ella. We were cautious because we know that bridal stores usually require appointments- we totally went in with the expectation that we might be able to try on- but it was worth a shot. Me, my sister, and my mom parked are cars in the B ella parking lot and walked to the front door. We noticed we were 40 minutes early before open. oops! So we decided to walk ONE BLOCK down the street to grab a bagel and then come back when they were open. We came back at 11(open time) and walked in and asked if there was any free openings for bridal dresses. The (what i assume) manager quickly grabbed us and said thats very unlikely because you must always have an appointment. We said we understood we were just in the area. (although the MOH who was with us had just bought her dress from b ella without any appt). She was somewhat quickly rude to us, but we just took it as they had rules. But then, before she even checked to see if there were openings. She said "are those your cars parked outside in the parking lot." We replied "probably yes.." she cut us off and said "yeah okay, you cant park there, its for customers only." to which we replied " we were only there for half an hour and intended to be customers" She cut us off again and said "no. ive been here for 30 minutes and they were here when i got here." She was so snappy and did not let us explain ourselves at all. We WERE customers, there was plenty of parking. She cut us off and called us "liars" because we voiced that we were there 30 mins and it was "really 40". then she said she would check to see if there was any opens, she took two steps behind the desk, didnt look at any books or calendar and came back to us and said "yeah we cant help you were too busy". My sister was stunned, and we took a step back, we completely understood the need for a appointment. But to be yelled at for parking where designated parking for the store we intend to shop in. wow. we looked at a couple dresses then my sister went up to kindly approach and apologize. and my sister stated " im sorry, im just a little shocked because i really felt attacked.." the employee cut her off AGAIN and said.. "well you guy where lying." Thats when we thanked them and left. When we went to our cars there were huge notes that said, MUST MOVE OR WILL BE TOWED- PRIVATE PARKING FOR B ELLA CUSTOMERS ONLY We then went to Bella Donnas in wyandotte were we had an appt (we arrived early by an hour) and they gladly welcomed us, treated us like adults and we found her dream dress. I highly recommend it. They may have a huge selection, but to me- in a business that says they hold customer service to a high standard, i was in complete shock. Was not worth the mere attempt to shop there.

The good: I went to B. Ella Bridal looking for a specific bridesmaids dress (to wear as a wedding dress) that I had found online and I knew they carried. They did a wonderful job helping me to try it on, and were very kind. They were the first and only dress store that didnt make a nasty, passive-aggressive comment about the fact that the groom was helping to shop for the dress. The bad: They are the most disorganized business I think I have ever encountered. I ordered the dress from them, and they told me it would be there in about 6-8 weeks. I ordered it in early September of 2016, along with a fabric swatch, which means I should have gotten it by Thanksgiving at the latest. By early December, I hadnt heard anything, so I responded to the email they sent me confirming the order asking about the status, but got no response. A week later, I went on their website and found a different email address for them and emailed that address with the same question. To this day, I have not gotten a response to either email. I finally called them in mid December on a Saturday afternoon at 3 PM to ask what was going on. They answered and casually told me that my dress had (conveniently???) arrived that day, but that if I wanted it before the new year, I would have to get there by 5 PM because they were closing at 5 until January. Seems very strange that my dress conveniently arrived on the one day I finally called them, and they were quite unapologetic about the fact it was so late and had no explanation (they acted like I was being crazy and that it wasnt late???). I had to quickly scramble and drive out there (I dont live in the area) and arrived just at 5. They gave me the dress, but no swatch. I asked about the swatch, and they tried to act like I hadnt requested one. They peeled the color example swatch out of the book and gave it to me. I asked if they could get me a real swatch (the one they gave me was tiny) and they warned me it wouldnt be ready until January. I said that was fine. By late January, I still hadnt heard from them and sent an angry email about everything that had been going on. Again, to this day, no response. Finally, a very long time later (I want to say at least March?) they called and nonchalantly told me the swatch was in and I could pick it up, as if I had just ordered it a week ago or something. At this point, I had just decided to stop fighting, and so I went and picked it up without a word.

I normally wouldnt write a review unless its good, but the service at B Ella is absolutely horrible. I had an appointment to get the bridesmaid dresses for my brothers wedding. When we got there they took us into the back room where the dresses were, and just left. We all picked out dresses that we liked, and waited for someone to come back to show us to some fitting rooms. No one did, so my mom went to ask someone to show us to the fitting rooms. Except all the fitting rooms were taken up by walk ins. Were all comfortable with each other, so we decided to try on dresses in that room since there werent any rooms available. While we were trying on dresses; the girls that work there proceeded to bring other people into that room to look at dresses. Youd think that if you had an appointment they would reserve fitting rooms, and if they failed to do that they wouldnt walk other people into the room you settled to use as a fitting room. When fitting me for my dress they told me I was a size 6. I am 52 and 115 lbs. I told them there was no way that I was a size 6, and that I needed a size 2. The woman argued that different dress companies sizes are different, and blah blah blah so I settled for a size 4 knowing I would have to get the dress altered. Now I know that they just wanted more money out of me. So the other day I go in to pick my dress up. As I walk in; the employees gave dirty looks and smirks while they gossiped on the couch. I ignored it, and walked to the front desk with a smile. I told them my name, and I was there to pick up a dress. They asked if Id like to try it on, and I did because I wanted to see how much I was going to need to get it altered. Of course it was too big, but needless to say I wasnt giving these rude bitches anymore of my money. Today I took my dress to someone who has been altering my families clothes for years, and he told me that if I had gotten the size I knew I needed the dress wouldve been perfect. So if you consider going to B Ella for anything I suggest you find somewhere else to go. They only care about the money youre spending there, and they show it.
