OUTSTANDING bridal shop! As a young bride I havent been involved in too many weddings or know where to even start when it comes to the dress. My fiance and I checked out a couple different shops just to see what was out there before booking any appointments. White Arbor was the first bridal shop we stopped at. Diana greeted us was more then happy to answer all my questions without pushing for an appointment. We asked all the questions from how long it takes to get a dress in, alterations, pricing, etc. I waited a good two weeks before booking any appointments and only booked an appointment at White Arbor. I did have to rebook multiple times for different reasons and each time no matter how late I cancelled or who answered the phone they were totally understanding and never made me feel as if I was wasting their time, nor did they push for a rebooking. The third time was the charm and I was able to make my dress appointment with my 5 lady party as supporters. Tracey let us go right at it, all of us women running from side to side picking all different dresses with a good 12-15 in our dressing room, Tracey got me started and was perfectly professional! She was able to take the opinion of my family and mine into consideration, and within the first 3 dresses I found "THE DRESS" that I instantly had tears flowing down my face. I did put on another two dresses to make sure but in the end the 3rd was the dress and Tracey spent lots of time working with me showing me belts and dresses I may have never considered. It honestly felt like I was on SAY YES TO THE DRESS. My dress budget was 2500-3000, White Arbor was No dress over 2000!!:) They do not feel cheap in any way. They work with you one on one, no other brides were in the store. I liked it so much I will be getting my bridesmaids dresses AND even the MENS TUX from white arbor. even canceling our tux from presidents tuxedo and getting them from White Arbor. I give them a 100 out of 1-10!! THANK YOU!

The owner, who handled my daughters initial appointment to look at gowns as well as fitting her for the order, could not have been more forthright, professional and kind. After welcoming the three of us to her attractive and subdued shop, her first goal was to educate us about fit and style, and what to consider in terms of alterations costs and budget, all of which was done in a gracious way. My sister, a professional seamstress who specializes in wedding gown alterations, had given me some gown construction pointers and watchwords that would help us determine if we were being misguided to an ill-fitting dress from the existing inventory or a poorly constructed dress. White Arbor hit all the positive points, and our consultant even mentioned some of the industry negatives that we should avoid if we planned to visit other shops. Again, this was done in a gracious way. I liked that all of the inventory was on display, and there was no bait-and-switch. Furthermore, as the mother of the bride, I appreciated that the attention was on finding a flattering gown for my daughter rather than trying to sell other dresses to me and the maid of honor. The end result was an impeccably measured dress that needed only minor alterations, came in under budget, and is lovely. My seamstress sister was impressed by the fit as well. This is how bridal shops should be run - mindful of the real needs of the bride.

Wow, I cannot say enough positive things about this bridal shop. The customer service was top notch. Diana was amazingly helpful with my dress selection process. I arrived a few minutes late (direction challenged) and she did not resent this at all, which was nice. She asked for my budget and then directed me to dresses that would be within my budget. She did not judge or mind that I had a lower budget, which was fabulous. They have a wide range of "off the rack" dresses for steals. I tried a few "off the rack" dresses and a few regular ones. I loved everything I tried on and Diana was helpful in getting me into the dresses. She was very nice and helpful. She also was polite and courteous. I felt very welcomed in her store. She made my family feel comfortable. After I finished trying on a bunch of dresses, she did not pressure me in anyway. I narrowed it down to a couple selections and she stepped away so I could discuss it with my family. It was very nice. I am glad she did not pressure me and she made me feel very welcomed in the store. I decided on a dress and then purchased it! It was a very fun experience. I would recommend this store to any bride. They have a wide range and something that can fit anyones budget!! A++++++++++++++++++++

From the start I was excited about coming here when I heard that all their dresses are $2,000 or under. When you first come in they review your budget with you, so that they dont bring out anything more expensive than what youd like. Their staff also does not work on commission. At no point did I feel like I needed to buy from them that day. More incredibly, they allow you to take pictures and will write down all the information on the dresses youve tried on. They were incredibly helpful in picking out dresses they thought would fit what I was looking for based on my Pinterest posts. That being said, I was also able to wander the store and point out other dresses I liked or would like to try on. The dressing room is spacious and there is plenty of room and seating in the mirrored area for friends an family. I set up an appointment ahead of time, so that I would have plenty of time, but I saw other people walk in with questions, dress pick-ups, etc, and the staff was always helpful and courteous. Overall, I was incredibly pleased with White Arbor Bridal. It has a boutique feel without all the crazy costs. By the end, the ladies felt like friends helping me with my special day.

I cannot fully describe to you how much I enjoyed my experience at White Arbor Bridal. Diana & Tracey were both so helpful and friendly. The shop is small enough to give a very personal feel but large enough that you dont feel cramped! From the moment we walked in (I had 5 people with me) Diana and Tracey went above and beyond to give us their undivided attention but in a way that was very genuine. Not once did I feel like they were just trying to make a sale! I was in the dressing room with Diana and she was wonderful to work with, never being judgmental but always being encouraging and supportive. Speaking of the dressing room, it was large (which was nice because I had plenty of room to move around while trying to get into some of those dresses! lol) and had a full mirror that allowed me to look at myself before going out to the pedestal and three-way mirrors! If you are looking for a personal and FUN experience where someone is going to make you feel special then this is the place for you! So many beautiful dresses and my family tells me that the chairs are very comfortable to sit in while waiting!
