NOTE TO ANY ONE WHO MAY BE IN THE MARKET FOR A FORMAL/WEDDING/BRIDESMAID DRESS: DO NOT GO TO BRIDAL BELLES BRIDAL SALON ON HAYES BETWEEN 17 & 18. THE OWNER IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DOES NOT CARE IF HER CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY AS LONG AS SHE GETS HER MONEY! Unless of course you enjoy getting yelled at and being asked if you are nuts or out of your mind. bottom line.. dress ordered 3/19/10 still not here .. apparently it was sent back in June for having a grease stain, though they never told me... personally and werent going to except that the bride happened to ask about it while picking up a couple of her bridesmaids dresses... got worried and went looking for another dress when they told me yesterday that they didnt know where the dress was and were waiting for a return phone call from the manufacturer, and found another.. called to tell them I no longer wanted the dress and was told.. too bad, you dont get your $100 deposit back because the dress is on its way now and there is still plenty of time before the wedding and we have a contract wherein you promised to buy the dress. The wedding is on the 27th and it will have to be altered. the owner, JUDY, was literally yelling at me from the beginning of our conversation. She came out of the back room cocked locked and ready for a fight.

Horrible customer service. Brides do not shop here for you or your wedding party. Jr. Bridesmaid dress needed to be changed a few days after ordering and owner called manufacturer and then said they could not guarantee the change and we would have to see how it came. My fiance called to cancel the order because this was unacceptable and owner refused to cancel order. Dress arrived 10 days late even with so called expedited shipping. Owner called at shop close to advice dress was in. Owner gave shop hours for next few days and then when we told her we would be in she closed the store early without a courtesy call. It has been a week and still unable to get dress from shop - owner only has store opened 4/5 hours a day in the middle of the day. When asked for refund due to such poor service and the dress now being unable to be used due to it coming in so late owner tried to blame bride for all the problems. Not how you treat brides spending a lot of money in your store. Horrible, horrible customer service. Do not shop here - owner is not trustworthy.

I had a fantastic experience at this charming boutique. The ladies there were incredibly helpful to me as a newly-engaged girl just beginning her dress search. This was actually the first store I visited looking for my gown, and the lady who assisted me definitely went the extra mile by recommending dresses that would fit my body type, giving me a few resources and recommendations, and generally being nice. Ill be back soon!

My recent visit to Bridal Belle has proved to me that I cant trust the owner, she is only worried about a sale not if the dress is 4 sizes too big or if its a winter dress for a late spring wedding. She will push something on you to make a sale. She does not stand behind her word. Buyers be aware.

Dresses were beautiful and recommend them for that only! Dress will be a month late and skip the alterations there!! They are extremely expensive and not done well at all. My hem was messed up and the front was longer than back...top not done hardy!
