First let me say that the girls that work there are very nice sounding. However, the good part of your experience stops there. My daughter looked everywhere for the right veil and couldnt find one. So I(mother of the bride) stopped in to see if they had anything that we could by off the rack. The only veil my daughter liked was ripped. But the worker said we can order it for you and it will be there in 3 weeks. Wow really!! so the next week when my daughter came into town we went to see if there was anything we could buy again off the rack. Nothing. But the worker said we can order that and it will be in in 3 weeks. The wedding was in 6 weeks so we were cutting it very close. My daughter ordered and paid for that veil. So 3 weeks go by and we dont hear anything and 4 weeks go by and again no call. So I went down there and they looked at me like whats wrong? Veil still not there. 5 weeks go by and it is now 2 weeks till the wedding that is in California and we leave in a week. No veil.This time it was UPS fault. oh yes by the way its never their fault. So 2 days later I pick up the veil after they call and tell me that they steamed it for me and it was all ready. I get there and beads were hanging off the veil in two different places. They say if you leave it here we can have our seamstress look at it. What???your kidding why wasnt that done before you called...we are out of time!! I paid to have it fixed by another seamstress the same day. So Give yourself at least 3 extra weeks for anything you order, know that you will not get the truth when asking about your order and you will not even get a courtesy call in between. Very very unprofessional!

Watch this store. They dont tell you sales are final. 2 days before the dress was scheduled for altering, I cancelled the alteration appointment due to very personal reasons. Never was told sales are final, never got my money back. The dress never left their store. They expect me to pick it up and sell it or give it to someone else! No thank you. I will never return to this store. Hope you have a great bonus on my $270. I had left them a message with my phone number and they never called me back, instead they attempted to call my daughters phone. Great customer service, but what can you expect from a small town shop.

I purchased my mother of the bride dress at Meant to be. The sales staff were very helpful and friendly. They had a good selection of styles and colors. The dress arrived on time. I highly recommend this store.
