I wish I could write a book on my whole story of why you should NOT buy your dress here. Worst experience of my life. I bought a dress here in December, and received my gown in March. The dress that came in had so many defects, the whole seams of the dress were out of line, the whole dress was bunching, and the size was WAY to small, the dress had missing buttons in the back and sequins were missing. The lining in the dress was so cheap that you could see me belly button, and girl parts! And I’m a size 2, therefore I know for a fact if you’re going to be spending $2,000 on a dress there should be NO issues what so ever. They promised to not worry and that THEIR seamstress could fix all the problems. Therefore, my mom spent 150$ on a liner that didn’t even work! I had about 5 fittings and nothing was a being solved, the seams were still un even, the bunching was still there, and the liner didn’t help with showing everything. And the worst part was I was driving 3 hours there and back for these fittings. Eventually I just broke down crying because at that point I hated the dress and I was getting married in 5 weeks! I wanted a refund and they would not even budge, they wanted to order some random fabric and have their seamstress cut off the fabric of the dress, I could not believe that! Like I said before the dress cost $2,000 and they want their AWFUL seamstress to cut my dress and sew some fabric on! They didn’t give any options to help us, they did not even give me the option to look at their sample dresses NOTHING, they pretty much told me to go buy another dress! I found the contact information to their regional manger and told her my story, her words were “it sounds like you need a new dress” REALLY? They informed me that they would give me a new dress and have it in 2 weeks, I agreed but, asked to see the original dress when the new one comes in and I also, asked to have the new dress in a size 4. So 2 weeks went by and the dress came in, as I asked to see the original dress, they handed it to me in a small zip lock bag in pieces and they dress was a size 2! So obviously they lied and pieced the same dress together. BEST part is they didn’t have my veil that I ordered and spent $800 on!!! Therefore, I told them I was not leaving the store unless I had a veil, the manager Kayleen said we can mail it to you…I said I’m not leaving this store unless I have a veil, therefore they gave me a sample veil. I’m disgusted writing this review. I ended up buying a new dress from a different store that I loved and had NO issues with. The demetrios dress is hanging in my parents closet. This place is awful, managers are awful, horrible customer service, please please please do not even bother going into this store, they’re all liars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They did not give us anything back in return, and when I left the store the manager Kaylee never apologized NOTHING, she is the worst. Just simply go somewhere else to find your dress, stay away from here!

CAN SOMEONE HELP MY DAUGHTER: To whom it may concern: I am working with the store in Troy, MI. I have contacted them several times over the last few months. Most of which I was told I would receive a call back from someone and rarely do I hear back from them. I was originally told that I would receive my order at the beginning of September. When I heard nothing I called them. At that point I was told Beginning of October. I called them beginning of this month to inquire, as I am going to my fitting in GA at the end of this week (Oct 14th) and I was told there was a delay and they had no way of telling when exactly but “hopefully November” I am getting married DECMEBER 3. That is 3 days into Dec, so the words “hopefully November” are NOT what I need to hear right now. I ordered this jacket in MARCH. She said yesterday that she Guarantees it’ll be here before my wedding but since I have been told many other things from this place the stress of waiting at this point is out of control and unnecessary. Had I of known at the time of ordering it would be like this, I not only wouldn’t have purchased my dress off the rack from there (with holes and tears and no offer to fix it) I would NOT have ordered this jacket. Not to mention the sarcastic way they handled my mother yesterday, basically mocking her for saying she was going to call every day to check on it stating “that’s okay call every day, we like company”. I cannot even begin to express my frustration with this company. I don’t know what can be done at this point as I know there is no way for it to be at my fitting now but I NEED this jacket as without the sleeves I can’t even wear the dress I purchased. And I cannot afford to buy anything else. Being in the wedding business I am appalled that this is how I am being treated as a bride. Sincerely Frustrated Amanda Sims

Apparently "the customer is always right" does not apply here. I bought my dress here because I thought their customer service was much better than other places, I was wrong. I was originally told my dress would cost $25 to alter, it ended up being $70. When I asked at the fitting why it was over double the price the woman "helping" said its what the seamstress wants, we cant do anything about it. I was never called when my dress was finished being altered and when I called the store to find out if it was ready, the woman on the other end was snotty and rude telling me it had been done for almost 2 weeks, "so of course it is ready." I brought back my bridesmaid dress with the shoes I needed to wear at the wedding (also the ones I had at the fitting) to show them the mistake their employee had made, it was not a fun experience. Their seamstress had cut the dress way too short, the over lay was much longer and was 2 inches shorter on one side then the other. I was accused by the manager of wearing the dress, she told me it was my fault that the seamstress had decided to hem the dress, and the only thing they could do was cut the dress shorter. The manager said she needed to check to make sure the dress was hemmed because she didnt recommend it to be hemmed originally. She told me that the dress was the same length as the sample, so it must have been a defect from the manufacturer. I requested my money back for the hem alteration because she told me that her seamstress didnt actually do the work that I paid for. She said no. I paid over $300 for terrible service, awful seamstress work, and a nightmare manager. I would NEVER recommend going here to anyone!

Unless you are looking to stress over your dress, veil, or alterations.. do not go here. I ordered by dress in OCTOBER and was told that was plenty of time to order a dress and receive it in time for alterations. I was told it would arrive at the end of April which would leave enough time for alterations for my May 20th wedding. There was no communicaition other than me calling to ask about updates on my dress. I was told there was a delay and it would now come mid-may. First fitting, I needed 1/2 inch hemmed and buttons added for the bustle, which would cost an additional $400.00. The second fitting was going to be my final fitting and it would be "ready to go". Nothing was done, and as I stood with the exact same dress from the first fitting, they sewed the three buttons on for the bustle right there with the dress on my body (clearly not $400 worth of work). My veil was still missing during this process and was told it normally arrives three weeks prior to the wedding... at this point we were closer than three weeks from the date. For my final fitting which was one week before my wedding (four days before leaving for my destination wedding) I was finally leaving with my dress, asking about my veil AGAIN... I was told it would arrive "sometime next week", well "sometime next week" I was getting married. They were rude, unhelpful, and over priced. My veil arrived the day I left for my wedding. If I could tell anyone anything about this place it would be not to waste your time here, and to go to the various other wedding dress shops in the area that have much better reviews.
