This review was also posted on Yelp!: "My best friend chose Le Salon Bridal for her wedding. I live out of town, but frequently visit my family in Michigan. While in Michigan I ordered my bridesmaids dress and signed their so-called "drama-free" clause. Back in May when the bridesmaids dress shipment came in, my mother picked up the dress for me (as I was told that if I left the dress there they would charge me to keep it there over 10 days). It would seem from other reviews that Alexis and Jonas run the show at Le Salon Bridal. Alexis told my mother that it would be fine for me to try on the dress in September when I knew I would be back in town. Alexis did NOT have my mother inspect the dress for flaws before leaving the shop. So, (as promised) I tried on the $200 dress when I got home in September and the seam along the hip region is completely scalloped. Having an educational background in design I had taken coursework in sewing and dress design, I knew that the way the fabric had been cut and the stitching that was used was incorrect. After calling Le Salon Bridal several times (while explaining that I was in town for a short period of time) they FINALLY called back. We had the fine pleasure of speaking with Jonas, a snippy and rude man, who absolutely refused to stand behind their product. Instead, he insisted that since we had the dress for a long period of time that Le Salon was no longer liable for the dress and that "they dont know WHAT happens to the dress once it leaves our shop" (AKA we think you took it to another seamstress who messed up the dress therefore we are not going to help you). As the argument progressed Jonas began caustically yelling at us over the phone. Jonas refused to let us talk to the owner or acting manager." I later came to find out that Jonas and Alexis rude behavior and lack of compassion for their customers extended to my best friend, the bride! As a means of defense, Jonas childishly exploited the brides personal life to substantiate his and Le Salons behavior. On Yelp!, Jonas has had to defend his behavior several times and has even had to post a review of a "real" brides experience with his shop to inflate the ratings. I dont think a legitimate business would have to post the experience of one of their customers. It is sad and pathetic that Jonas has had to defend Le Salon over the numerous people who have correctly drawn attention to Le Salons lack of business sense and customer appreciation. Please consider mine and other peoples reviews when considering using this bridal salon.

I had the most amazing experience at Le Salon in Southfield, MI. When I arrived, I was greeted by Jonas. He took me and my mother up to the bridal shop, which was open and beautiful, with a comfortable sitting area, large chandelier, and huge mirror. And then we met Alexis, who was immediately friendly and excited to have us there. I had emailed Alexis pictures of dresses I was interested in and the shop had asked for my budget ahead of time. She then showed me the dresses she had picked out for me based on the information she knew about me. I was very happy with her choices and felt like she truly got the look I was going for. One of the best parts was that all of the dresses she chose for me were in my budget, so I didnt have to worry about that at all. As we tried the dresses on, she asked about me, my fiance, how we met, and our wedding venue. She matched various accessories to the dresses I picked out and really listened to what I was saying. At the end of the appointment, I was torn between a dress I had tried on at a different shop and a dress I tried on at Le Salon. My mom was only in town for the weekend, and Alexis and Jonas told me I could come back the next day (a Sunday!) if I needed to. That night, I talked things over with my mom and decided I did need to come back. So I emailed Alexis and she personally called me the next morning to set up a time that could work. Both she and Jonas were just as excited to see me the next day. After trying the dress on again, I knew it was the one! One really cool thing about the shop is that they gave me a log-in through the shops website so that I can track my dress and any contact I have with the salon. Overall, Jonas and Alexis were so professional and great to work with. As a stylist, Alexis really listened to me and I trusted her opinion on what she thought looked good on me. I never felt pressure from them to buy anything and they were so accommodating. I am so happy with my dress and my experience and cant wait to see them again when its time to pick out accessories and get my alterations!

Best Bridal Salon!!!!!!!! Still not having found my dream dress after nearly 2 months of searching, I was frustrated to say the least. I stumbled upon Le Salon while googling "bridal stores." Not having heard of Le Salon, I became interested and hopeful. I called the salon right away and spoke with Jonas and we arranged an appointment and he also asked me to e-mail pictures of dresses I liked and disliked along with personal preferences and budget. I was very impressed with their high level of professionalism and willingness to truly help me discover the dress I could see myself wearing down the aisle. I will admit however, due to my inability to find a dress I loved, I was skeptical going in, but, I kept an open mind. Alexis joyfully greeted me at the door and she I have to say, is one of the most genuine, patient and sincere people I have come to know and adore. It is very refreshing to come across someone like her because I come from sales and give my clients great service as well. Alexis and her fantastic team, far surpassed exceptional customer service because they really made me feel like a princess and made my every bridal wish come true. Every bride should feel the way they made me feel every time I was in their salon. They calmed my nerves when I decided to request an Aire Barcelona lace jacket 1 month before my wedding (no big deal) and they made it happen without once making me feel crazy for expecting it to be here so soon. They went ABOVE and beyond the call of duty to ensure my expectations were met and that is why I recommend them to everyone I meet. They are not only my go-to specialists for everything bridal, they are my friends. All in all, drop dead gorgeous, amazing gowns (not to mention accessories, shoes and so much more) and incredible staff make Le Salon the premier bridal salon to meet all your bridal needs! LOVE them!

Exceptional Service!! I started shopping for my wedding dress in December. Fast forward 2 months, 7 salons, and who knows how many dresses. I stumbled across Le Salon when I fell in love with a St. Pucchi dress and looked up where I could find the dress. I contacted them and spoke to Jonas who is responsible for the Four Seasons Location. He said Alexis would contact me. Two days later (Friday) Alexis (responsible for the Michigan location) called me and said she could get the dress in. I told her my budget and the types of dresses I liked. She said she would call me on Monday to give me more info. She did right on time but unfortunately the dress was way out of my budget. I told her I had checked out the designer Rosa Clara and liked her dresses. She and Jonas let me come to the Four Seasons location and, quite honestly, treated me like royalty. The Four Seasons experience is like VIP celebrity treatment. There is no one else except the bride, the guests and the consultant in a beautiful suite with a view of the city. Alexis picked out dresses that were exactly my style. Both her and Jonas are very knowledgeable and you can tell they really enjoy helping brides. Alexis knew the answer to every question I had about designers, fabrics, and silhouetes. They listened to me and were so patient. There was one dress, Agnes, that I really loved but I wasnt sure if the changes I wanted to make would have looked good so I told them I wanted to think about it and to check out another designer. They werent pushy at all and told me to think about it and get back to them. As much as I loved Agnes, I went with the other designer because I didnt have to make any changes to the dress. Le Salon is the best bridal Salon in Chicago, hands down. I will be buying my bridesmaids dresses from Le Salon because of the treatment I was given.
