Shopping for Baby equipment like strollers and car seats can be very daunting. I searched many websites and got overloaded with info. My Wife and I decided to visit this Babies R Us and ran into Chris. Chris has a wealth of information and is not shy about sharing it. Many store employees just like to point toward the departments they are assigned to and let you figure it out. If you have any questions about Strollers or Car Seats, go see Chris. He will clear things up for you as he did for us.

I shop from here all the time. The customer service has always taken care of me and the one time that was difficult for me regarding an online order was not only remedied but I also received a follow up call from corporate. I used their infant formula for sensitivities and it worked the best and cost less than the Similac sensitive. Some prices can be a little high but it is a specially store and they have great sales. I had my registry through them and had no problems.

I would give no stars if possible. They screwed me out of my 10% back from my registry. Horrible company. I will never return and neither will my friends. We will go to buy buy baby instead.
