Horrible place and horrible customer service if you to exchange or return big items. Told us that we shouldnt expect too much out of a $600 Natart crib because its like buying a "low end BMW" when we tried to return a defective Natart Avery crib. The crib had a defective drop side that catches on one end and was really noisy. The repairs person sent by the store told us that the end panels need to be replaced because they were crooked so the drop side doesnt fit. Store insists that it is not considered defective and we have to pay 20% restocking fee if we want to exchange a new crib. Finally we had to take an old floor model because we didnt feel that it was right to pay the 20% restocking fee and we needed a crib (we already waited 4 months for this one).

My husband and I were referred to Lullabylane as I was told they have great cribs. We went to the store, and did in fact buy a crib as they do have nice cribs, bedding ect. However, that being said, dont expect to get your crib right away and or have anyone there keep you informed of when you will be receiving your crib. I ordered the crib on May 1st and I am due in August. We have already waited 12 weeks and I have had to follow up 2x now to find out where it is. We went out to BabiesRus and noticed they have great cribs as well and you can take them home right away. I am really disappointed in the delivery time and even to order crib toys like a mobile takes 8-10 weeks. Absurd.

This store has a good selection of strollers that normal stores dont carry and are reasonably priced as well. We were helped by 3 people when we were shopping for a stroller, they were nice and helpful and also made us feel comfortable as we tried out and even took apart a few strollers.

Very helpful staff, did a great job in educating us on which stroller would best fit our needs. They had a lot of nice strollers and travel systems that you do not find in the regular box stores
