they get two star because they have decent prices but the service there is horrible. when I mean horrible its ridiculous that the last two times I went their I had to wait an hour to check out and that is not an exaggeration. The cashers move slow, its not because they are busy. It take like 3 minutes per item. Its not just one cashier its all of them. If they didnt have great prices I wouldnt go there ever again. This has to be VERY poor management.. if all of the cashiers are like this all the time its not the cashiers fault its the managements fault. They need to fire them all starting with the manager.

I had an amazing experience here! The Shoe associate was more than pleasant. She noticed that I was in need of assistance and stopped her work to greet me. She asked me how I was doing and I told her that I was okay. She then told me that her name is Kimonda and she will be there in case I changed my mind and needed her help. I appreciate her willingness to help even though she had her hands full. She smiled and was respectful. I didnt find the shoe I was looking for but I will definitely be shopping there again.

Jameka on the salesfloor a customer that seemed to be having difficulty speaking in English was trying to ask her a question about the location of an item. I personally saw her rudely ask the man "Are you going to buy this because this is waiting a lot of my time"......I was flabergasted her JOB is to help people and here she is berating this man. I actually walked up to the man and asked him if he needed help he said that he did and I helped him find the item he was looking for.

Alright selection could have been better, helpful staff, I had to remove two stars. The cashier didnt put my last item she rung up in my bag. When I made it home I called immediately and someone was to put it aside for me. When I return it was no where to be found and a manger claim to have looked at the tape from that night and swear she gave it to me. It was a whole pair of pants that I definitely didnt drop.

Coat selection is great. I however do not like being accused of shop lifting if you are selling a product that is not complete. I was told I was shop lifting when I was trying to see if the other products was a complete set before purchasing. The man said I could take a discount if the product wasnt complete. Sorry not buying something that is not complete.

I love Burlington and i love this particular one. I have met one or two very rude staffs here in the past though, one was even a manager and she was offensively rude. That made me stop going to Burlington for sometime but I love this place and I shop there a whole lot.

The bay selection is worth the trip alone! They have SOO much baby clothes and products that you could spend a good amount of time finding things you didnt know you needed or wanted! Everything else is so so about the store, but the baby selection makes it stand out!

Went there to buy shoes and shorts and found a slim and terrible selection. I did find a nice bath robe but when I got home I found that it still has the security tag on it so, now I have to drive ten miles to get it removed.

Fan of this location and the on in the city of Atlanta. Very clean and is always friendly when i visit. This is the one i go to even though there is one closer to me at Discover Mills. This location is just better to me.

You can find some good deals. Fitting rooms are clean . The only bad part about it is the shopping cars they are always just thrown were they suppose to be and most the time with trash in them or around in the floor.

Needs new management because the customer service is horrible. Good luck if you call in for a item stock check. Miguel had me on hold, then forgot I was on hold. I waited for 21 minutes for a stock check. RIDICULOUS!

Customer service is poor. I was in the store for nearly an hour, not once was I asked, "Do you need help?" The store is huge and have nearly everything. I found quite a few things I needed in home accessories.

Nothing great... Just visiting this place is waste of time and money. No good deals, the cloths are hanging like anything leayiing on the floors. Its just waste. Not recommended to visit this place at all.

Nice store. We called ahead for a specific product in which it was not there when we arrived. Had to get a similar item. Manager apologized for inconvenience and offered us 10% off similar item.

Good prices, but be prepared to look for bargains and the prices get even better. Sometimes inventory is low on weekends, so try to go before Tuesday - Thursday if possible.
