Whenever I am in Ann Arbor I like to pop in; this is a quality local business, and I prefer them over any other green or cloth diapering retailer in Michigan. Their prices are competitive with other retailers (online or brick-and-mortar), though the goods they sell tend to be pricier in general (of course, I think anyone that is drawn to this type of store already knows that going in). The staff has always been friendly and helpful (Im sorry to hear about lack of service with the other reviewer; that has never been my experience) - a nice balance of assistance without being overbearing at the same time.

Love this store! I love shopping local compared to big box stores. They are very personable and make each shopping experience about the customer and their needs. Their prices are pretty similar to other stores so why not shop local? The entire store is a great atmosphere to be in even with little ones. They even have a room off to the side for breastfeeding and older siblings to play. I will only buy baby things from here now

The customer service is horrible. My husband and I were there for 45 minutes and had to figure out what we wanted for a high chair and stroller by looking online on our phones while we were in the store because the staff was too busy shopping for themselves to help us. Even though we make a point to support local businesses, we decided to order what we wanted from the online retailer since they actually helped us.

This is exactly why shopping local is important. Stores like this just simply dont exist in most cities. The staff is extremely knowledgable, and the products are great. You can be rest assured that if they are selling it, its a good product. Diaper tables for your convenience, comfortable chairs for breastfeeding, and a play area. I cant say enough good things about Little Seedling!

Incredible store with an attentive staff. They are incredibly helpful and the store is pristine with so many options to chose from. They have everything you might want as a new parent, from Bob strollers to nursing bras. Massively stocked with all the best. As if it wasnt perfect enough, they have two comfortable rooms for nursing moms! Thumbs WAY up.

We had excellent customer service - we went to buy a car seat and the technician taught us how to properly install and use the seat, and set it up in our car. Weve also attended the diaper class and found that incredibly helpful. This shop does a great job educating their customers, and are super helpful!

I made an order online and Maria emailed me informing one of the items I ordered was expired. I ordered a different item instead and it was mailed a bit squished and leaking. I contacted Maria to request a new bottle. She sent one right away and packaged very well! She was excellent help!

I came here to learn about cloth diapering and they definitely are knowledgeable and helpful! They have a huge variety and lots of toys to keep the toddlers busy while shopping. Cloth diapering has been a great change from regular disposables in this stagnant/poor Obama economy.

I am most often here for cloth diapering supplies. There is a cute little play area for young children. Its a bit pricey. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have run into a couple employees that were a bit pretentious.

Incredible customer service. They took the time to show us how to install our new car seat, made sure it was secure and even let us try different seats in our car! Plus the store is heaven for kids to play in while you are shopping.

Its a great shop. Lot of high quality items on stock. Decent prices for local retail. Of course, they sell mostly premium brands so its not for savvy customers. I liked the kid area that allows moms to shop with some peace of mind.
