In my 3rd trimester I went into make a registry for my baby shower. There were 6 employees, 5 of them were at the cash registers gossiping, and another one was at the baby shower registry desk. I sat down to wait for her to finish up with the customer that was there. After she finished with them, she got up and left for a 15 minute break. She did not let us know she was going on break even though she was right there in front of us. We sat there and the other employees just stood around gossiping and not working. They looked right at us, and just went on yakking away. When the girl came back she would not make eye contact with any of us. She just handed us paper work to fill out, then after we filled it all out, she typed it up on the computer. I do not understand why we couldnt just type it up ourselves. What a waste of time and paper. She did explain how to add things to the registry and was extremely polite towards the end of the initial signing up process. Well we get up and we spent about an hour adding things to the registry. When we went back to the front, a pregnant woman walked and sat down at the registry section, and 4 of the employees rushed to her and asked if they could help her with anything. I was furious. We sat there for over 30 minutes with 4 employees doing nothing but gossip and cackle loudly 10 feet away, and no one bothered to help us even when the one went on her break without letting anyone know. I know I will be getting gift cards from there as gifts. I am thinking about driving 2 hours out my way and spending those cards in a different city. I really dont want to go into this dump again.

Terrible customer service! I actually think this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a store. I went to purchase 3 pieces of nursery furniture yesterday. Their system was not working, so I could not apply for a credit card to receive the additional percentage off. The manager, Mark, was extremely unaccommodating and rude. He did not apologize or offer to reconcile the situation in any way. He was argumentative and then proceeded to give me the wrong number for the bank so I could call myself (instead of him offering to call Chase to see why their system wasnt working). I told him it was the wrong number and he argued that it was right. I called corporate to report him, and they gave me the right number for Chase - they had no clue where he got the 1800 number he had given me. I was about to make a several hundred dollar purchase- the least he could have done is been nice to me or apologetic. I will not be purchasing anything from this store and simply plan to find something similar at Target where they practice good customer service.

I came here to shop for my niece, who is due to arrive in November. I had a little trouble finding something on the registry, but so many people stopped what they were doing to help me. They were so friendly and they helped me find exactly what I needed. I like this store better than department stores because their selection is huge, the store is baby-friendly, and their products are really high quality. They have a quiet, private room for moms who breastfeed, and a changing table in every bathroom. And their selection of clothing is HUGE! If youre looking for a little outfit for your baby for a special occasion or to have portraits taken- they have the cutest stuff! And they carry everything from sippy cups to full bedroom sets, so its really a great place to register or shop for a baby shower.

I had a severe miscommunication issue with this store when my wife and I did our registry here. After spending thousands, I ordered a glider and ottoman. There was a ton of confusion as to what I had paid for and ordered, et cetera. Turns out the ottoman wasnt paid for or ordered, after I was told by multiple people it was. The store manager took extremely good care of me and righted a very wrong situation. Id have to recommend shopping here after speaking to management, as they know what customer service is about. Thank you again for looking into this issue and for making it right. Excellent customer service!

We have purchased a lot of items from this store and they have always been helpful on the phone and in the store! Many times the employees have went out of the way to help us. Today one of the managers ( Ron ), and employees ( Emily ) was able to help us find a transaction made last year which they were able to find an email to me.

I went and registered at this location. The sales people were a huge help, not just helping find things, but having information on which carseat or crib mattress is a good choice, why, and when they expire, as well as answering questions about the registry. Definitely a good experience.

The employees here are very friendly and has helped us on many occasions. They offer good coupons and return/price adjust without hassle. Easy and fast to checkout. Merchandise is always available. Clearance items such as furniture are not really at a good discount.

The store seems a bit outdated, but the employees were kind and helpful. One major downside is the bathroom, hence the three stars. A place that caters to moms, especially pregnant moms, should have a clean restroom. The womens restroom here was abysmal.
