I have been to a toys r us store but never to a babies r us store. We are going to have our first baby so we thought give a look around here. As soon we stepped in, its a Hughes store and u have a varied collection of things that u can get for ur baby and as well as toys for your children here As we explored there is a huge signage for baby registry, we went straight there and the store personnel handed us a form to be filled in creating a registry, the. She handed us a checklist and a scanner and off we went and started adding things to our registry . Overall very satisfied with the store, they have a huge collection

The customer experience here, especially in the bay section is horrible. Its so frustrating dealing with the poorly trained staff. They really need to focus on the customer experience and improve customer care as well as staff system knowledge. I hate that this is the closest store to me. I will likely begin going out of my way to Kennesaw for a better experience or just stop shopping at BRU all together.
