I do not recommend this store for many reasons. I applied here, and it was the only place in my area that actually said they were hiring, therefore I really pushed to get a job, which should show I genuinely care about getting a job. After applying, I waited 2-3 weeks, then called about it. I was told they would give my application to a hiring manager, and should expect a call within 2 days. After 8 days passed, I decided to call again. This time I spoke to a hiring manager, and she told me she would call back that night to let me know a time to come in for an interview. After 5 days passed with no returned call, I hesitantly decided to call again, feeling very annoying, but was in need of a job immediately. She told me to come in the following Tuesday for an interview. I did so, I thought it went well, but after 2 weeks of no call back I decided to call. She rudely told me that they had no went through anyones interviews yet and hadnt chosen where to place people. Come to find out, 2 people I know applied here and within DAYS got interviews and got hired! But they hate working there, according to them. They are very unprofessional. Also, I shopped here twice after this incident, and the employees were rude and lazy. I suppose I wasnt to rude or lazy to be hired! They definitely lost my business.

The customer service at this place is HORRIBLE! Im a first time mom and obviously have spent quite a bit of money here but I cant say that I will ever return to the Florence location. Each time we go someone is either rude or we are inconveniencing their day... And the greatest part is I call in to ask about exchanging my crib bedding, the first lady tells me yes and asks when I can come in and then the manager comes on the phone to then tell me know because the original packaging was thrown away by mistake (which the first lady knew and then asked someone). I get it if thats your policy but dont tell me yes and go on about everything I need to do to get the bedding I want to then just tell me no and be completely rude about YOUR mistake! Horrible customer service, horrible managing, if my baby shower wasnt in a month I would cancel my whole registry.

DONT COME HERE!! The workers are very rude, mostly the managers. I came here for the baby registry, and after choosing my items, friends and family went there to buy me my items and they said they had no record of my baby registry!! Im 30 wks pregnant, and I had to take a trip all the way there to resolve this, then quickly found it on the kiosk! It was their laziness, probably spelling my name wrong in the computer or just simply not trying. The prices are outrageous. I have bills to pay, I have a 2 yr old to take care of and a baby on the way. I dont have the extra money for this expensive place. I dont recommend here. @florencekylocation

This is the worst Babies R Us store in the area. They have horrible customer service and If you plan on going to them and buy baby cribs or anything of the sort THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY FURNATURE ITEM ON THE FLOOR IN STOCK. They must order it from a warehouse and dont believe the 7-14 day policy because I have been waiting almost a month for my baby crib. Thankfully my wife is not due until next month so we got our money back and got the same thing at Target for $20 less and it was in stock! Save your time, money, and energy go somewhere else or you will regret it.

Overall a HORRIBLE place to shop. Would rather go to Walmart at 2AM to buy baby stuff instead of Babies"R"Us. Attempted to buy some nipples and the asking where I could buy two large ones the lady behind the counter smacked me, spit in my face, then pepper sprayed me in the eyes. After that charade of attempting to buy a few baby accessories, including the two nipples for my bottles, I will NEVER, EVER, be going back to this awful and hostile environment of a store.

This place is slowly growing on me due to proximity. I am in love with Buy Buy Baby and always thought Babies R Us was for a lesser class shopper but I have very little reason to drive up to Mason or down to Lexington. They pretty much carry many of the same things at the same too-high prices but have less of a flair for marketing and they just dont carry every cool new gadget that I would like to check out before buying.

I have no idea what her name is but there is a fat girl with black hair that is so rude I have called corporate many times on this young lady but nothing has changed Im always running in and out of this place for things like any mom but I cant deal with her attitude any more... lost my business

Their prices match their selection- huge. Overly warm and the restrooms are typically horribly unmanaged. My wife concurs for the ladies room. Employees tend to be friendly as you enter. Otherwise they clump together and tend to ignore you unless you specifically ask for help.

Little pricey for baby stuff, but HUGE selection. The staff is very helpful and nice, especially if you are nice to them. Interesting that slot of the employees are pregnant women, that can be very helpful.
