I didnt want to write a review without giving management a chance to reach out but Its been almost 8 months and no one has, so I think I should go ahead and give my honest thoughts about my experience from start to finish since having my baby registry here. Prior to doing a registry here I actually had a not so pleasant first experience with an associate Jeremy, that is no longer employed here so lets just say I put that to the side to try this place again. When I came in I was not greeted and actually to think of it I have never been greeted in the last 8 months of visiting almost once every 2 weeks, its just nobody in the store to help you. I immediately walked to the baby registry desk and no one was there so I went to the front where there was one associate there with a busy line of people who told me to just wait and she would call someone. A young lady came out didnt say hello, ask about any details, she just gave me a scanner, no instructions and just told me to scan everything I wanted and bring it back to her. I was like.....Ok! So i did just that but after 45 minutes of taking the time to scan everything when I went to return the scanner of course she was no where to be found, which lead me back to the front counter to the same associate who told me she was gone for the day! I was so confused as to what I was suppose to do with the scanner and apparently so was the associate. She told me she would take it, she took the scanner but never took any of my information, name, address, due date, date of baby shower NOTHING. So I asked if there was a manager or someone there who could help me and she said not at this time. I left confused and had wasted almost an hour in the store and had gotten no where. The good thing is i was able to go online later that night and just create my own registry and plug in the things i wanted since earlier i was at the store I remembered most of it. Over the past few months i have since this situation returned several times to look at things and buy little things here and there and still was never greeted or asked if i needed help. There was still never more that one associate at a register and always a line of frustrated customers some who would end up leaving due to the wait. My fiancé and i wanted to order the crib and dresser for our sons nursery so we immediately asked for someone to meet us in the back by the furniture. To our surprise a lovely lady name Delphine met us and was able to help us get things ordered, we expressed some of our frustration to her and she was surprised that management hadnt stepped in to assist with any of our concerns due to the already long review I have omitted a lot i dont want to bore you. She was the only amazing thing at this location and we asked what her schedule was so that when we return we can just work with her. She is the only reason they are getting 1 star at all. The bad thing is Babies r us as a brand is amazing but on the store level at this location it is not! No one knows anything about service or the products. I just wished they cared about how happy I was about bringing a new little one into the world and wanting to spend my money here. After spending over 4500 dollars here between us, family and friends you would think the customer experience would be important but its not. I am not sure if its that they dont have the employees or what the issue is but management follow is also terrible. My baby is due in less than 5 weeks and still no one has contacted me about any of my concerns or orders that I have placed from their location. I feel like I should have just done a Target registry because at least they have 100 employees walking around doing nothing waiting to help LOL. Sorry to have such a lengthy review about my long experience with this location but this is for anyone looking to do a registry. I would try another location or ask if Delphine is working. This store is like the walking dead. The staff is out of wack, no one seems to be in sync with each other. The tall African American guy, Im guessing he is the manager who always seems to have a confused or inconvenienced look on his face when having to be called over. Ive had to take back or exchange some things from my registry and its never a easy task. Ive asked to do a in-store pickup on a $160 item because Im moving on Saturday and I dont want any confusion between addresses. He says "Im" not eligible for in-store pickup after he asked to look up my registry first. That was the most bizarre occurrence ever! What does my registry have to do with me making a order? This is after noticing that no items were in stock and he didnt know when they will be there. The customer service from the regular employees are good but they never have any answers or know whats going on. They are just nice people. Unfortunately, this is the only one in our area so we have no choice or I would go somewhere else.

I would like to comment on how friendly and helpful the staff are at this store. We were assisted my a young lady called Melissa who guided us with our registry items and then helped us when we came back to do our registry completion. She had excellent product knowledge which is very helpful for first time parents. With the store getting busy, she was still able to hold her demeanor, smile and serve her customers well. I would also like to mention the manager in charge Travis. He was much the same. Very Very helpful and able to help out at the counter with product, pricing and delivery. Once again, Travis attended to his customers on time and with a smile on face. The store itself is well stocked and very well displayed. Can try and feel the products and get a good idea for its quality etc.. My husband and I are very please with our experience at this store. I would definitely recommend signing up for your registry here.

I went to the store to get a replacement camera bought 4/12/14 with the camera in box and original receipt because it was part of the replacement plan I was told to call the replacement comapny. After call the replacement company they told me to go back to store. I explained twice I spoke to the store manager and he had referred me to the replacement plan company. The representative gave me a number to write down and told me to call them. He didnt tell me who it was, I called its the manufacturer. I have been on hold for 11 minutes. Have went to the store, called the customer service line and am now thoroughly wondering why I would ever use your service? - disgusted and a working mom who doesnt need the run around.

I was at this location yesterday and a young man im Not sure how to spell his name it did start with an A maybe Adonis maybe Im not sure but he was super helpful kind and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and more I purchased a stroller he brought it to my car showed me how to put it together he also informed me about the registry and deals im able to get he was very informative and made my experience wonderful thank you and stay awesome!!!!
