This have been the worst shopping experiences ever.i had ordered a stroller and a car seat for my baby online and chose the store pickup . since Im so close to my due date and I was there anyways I wanted to pick up the rest of the items that I neeeed .i had a dresser in mind but I had done my reach before I went to the store and found it cheaper at target ...I called the story a day before and they tolled me they price match target ,Walmart and Amazon .so I go to the front desk and they call in an older guy to help me ,he takes me to the furniture department ,as soon as I tell him I want to price match the item he tells me that doesnt work on online orders ,after I pull up the item on my phone to show him that it can ordered he calls a manger ...the shift manger is quick to respond ,he decides to approve the price match.tells the worker go ahead and ajust the price for her...the employee then makes a print out of the item with the orignail price and hands it to me...I was like why didnt you change the price ???hes like take it to the front and ask for a manger and they will do it for you. I saidthe manger just approved it right in front of me this F***** had the Nurve to tell me we dont do orders here ,take it to the front and they will help you .he refused to order my dresser like I was asking him to pay for it.i really dont understand this ...its not your store and you dont makeup the policies ....you refuse to order my item because I ask for a price adjustment

I needed to order my baby to be a full nursery set. The set that my wife and I selected was brand new and could not be easily ordered online. I called the store for assistance and spoke to Lynn the store manager . She stated that the set indeed was brand new and hadnt even been assembled at the store to be seen in person. She recommended that I come in to the store when I could to set up the order and work out the discount options that were available. When I came in she had already had the furniture assembled and set up to view on their main floor and immediately set me up with Anna and Jeff the ass. Managers to get my order set up. They informed me of additional ways to receive discounts. After I had gotten home and realized that a few of the discounts had not been applied to my final costs I called Lynn back and asked that it be fixed. She was happy to do so and stated that it would be completed by her by 1 pm. That day. Outstanding service provided by all at this location. The $ to be returned to me was requested to be returned in gift cards since I definitely plan to return for future purchases for my daughter.

I go to this store ALL the time. To be honest, one of the only reasons I go there is because they have everything in one place, but the more I go there the more I dislike it. Literally every single younger employee I have dealt with is super rude...like really, really "I dont care that youre here, I dont want to be here, and I dont feel like helping you" rude. The store is over priced but you can price match stuff and it really makes a difference. I have saved a ton of money doing this but it seems like every time I go to price match the employees roll their eyes and make a big deal about it. Your store price matches! Do your job and price match my stuff! The last time I was there the employee literally said "its only a dollar, you really wanna price match that?" It all adds up! I saved over $20 price matching on that receipt alone! Its like she was trying to embarrass me around the other customers! Babies are expensive, you learn to save money where you can. Shame on your employees and your terrible customer service!

I absolutely cannot stand the Babies R Us in Cincinnati. The workers are TERRIBLE. I rarely have a semi enjoyable time. First of all I can never find anyone when I need help. I walk around the store and end up having to ask someone up front. When they page someone it takes at least 10 minutes for the person to come help me. One time I waited for 20 minutes and then (8months pregnant) got down the stroller I wanted from above my head. As I had gotten it in my cart and I could hardly steer a worker saw and didnt even offer to take it up front as im struggling. Twice I have been double charged for items that I only bought one of, and then they wouldnt refund my money as to say im lying. I love the stuff Babies R Us has, I just dont like this one or its business practices.

I usually dont like calling stores for items because there is usually someone answering the phone that hates their job and could care less. I cant say enough how thankful I am for the excellent customer service Lisa provided over the phone. My wife and I were stressing trying to find a bouncer for a friends baby shower the next day. I was asking for one in a lower price range. She suggested a couple of ones that were on clearance, but wasnt sure if they were in stock. She checked the racks and the database for other stores. She found one that was just what I needed and she put it on hold for me. The wife and I dont have kids yet, but when we do, we will go to this location.

Waited 30 minutes at the furniture department while employee was finishing up with another customer. Understandable. Went to customer service and she said shed send him back as soon as he was finished. Ok. Another 45 minutes later and no help. And the customers before us were already long gone and their furniture picked up. Not the first time with poor service. Never going to this location again.

I was ignored by one employee when I needed assistance looking for an item. They didnt have have half of the items in stock I was looking for. I was then ignored by the cashier when checking out who carried on a conversation with the couple ahead of me that just finished checking out. I had to go to another register to be seen.

Despite being attached to the dilapidated Cincinnati Mall, this store remains excellent. The selection is fantastic and the staff is friendly. Items are kept in stock and they have the new trendy items for new parents. Prices are reasonable, has expectant mother parking, and it is close to the interstate.

Lazy employees. Poor customer service. Asked if they had something in a different size. The girl said probably not and showed me 20 numbers for other stores. Wouldnt call or check on anything. This is the third time Ive had a terrible experience here.

Was able to stack two coupons here which made it worth buying the crib. Location is not the greatest but it suffices. The manager on duty was very pleasant as well as all the associates.

This store is a hot or miss. The phone customer service is terrible. However, the managers are great and very accommodating. Wish they had more associates though.
