Its a great store with great prices. However - because of customers it becomes messy at lunch time so its hard to find something on its place (especially shoes accessories etc.). Need to go there in the morning when everything is on its place. Other than that - have nothing to complain on.

Poor selection of clothes and even more pithy selection of coats. So why is it even still called Burlington Coat Factory? Staff seems as though theyre being held hostage or are indentured servants cause clearly they dont want to be there.

Clothing on display is bait and switch. For 400 dollars a coat should not have loose threads and buttons falling off. 1 time use and might as well throw it away.

Its hit or miss with this store. you might go in one week and find a treasure trove of stuff. Then go in another week and its disappointing and sad.

Went to exchange a jacket as I noticed small damage. Staffs helped with smile and got refund in no time as I couldnt find any replacement :)

I dont like that many clothes are with tears or visible damage on some clothes. Cashier was very busy and looked upset during my visit.
