Nordstrom Rack in the middle of Rookwood is a gem of Cincinnati. As a worker if retail for several years, I can say with confidence that this store is one that should be a destination for those interested in style. Unlike the full line Nordstrom, the environment is drastically different but with its same charm. Theres a seemingly endless amount of product, the likes of which can almost seen overwhelming. However, every time I come in, which is roughly once a week, there is always new products and styles that constantly shift and change, so in that sense youll always find something new you didnt know you needed in your treasure hunt! The products include a wide range of styles at various price points, which allows for an inclusion of quite the eclectic collection. Theres everything from the everyday t-shirt to the Hugo Boss, Michael Kors,and even high fashion designers such as Prada and Burberry. Everything is always well organized and presented in an easily digested way. Even if you dont know something, or have any questions the associates working are always happy to help! I have never received anything less than excellent service when shopping. The associates are also well trained in product knowledge, and never hesitate to educate in a friendly and informative manner. If youre ever in town and want to shop, or if you find yourself wanting high end fashion at extremely reasonable prices, Nordstrom Rack is for you. Im positively surprised every time I come in and see their prices, along with the multitude of sales and promotions they are always running. Finally, its worth mentioning the wait is never long in line, and almost all associates can check you out throughout the store! Very cool service for an excellent store. Keep up the good work!

My favorite clothing store in Cincinnati! They have very reasonable prices for popular brand name clothing. Their stock is constantly changing, so each time you go, you find new sales and deals on different items and brands. Ive picked up clothes from gym apparel, to backpacking gear, to office and wedding clothes. They also carry shoes and are marked down. Great place to get casual clothes for a night on the town or to get office apparel for work. If I have a wedding to attend, my first stop is Nordstrom Rack and I can usually put together an entire brand name outfit from head to toes between $100-150 and get plenty of complements. Plus, they have an awesome return policy of 90 days. I often forget to return items that I dont need and let them expire past the return date, but the 90 day return policy has saved me more than a few times. Its a quick and painless process to return unwanted items.

I can never find anything decent in the clothing section, it all looks old and raggy. All the employees are nice, except this snobby redhead lady at the jewelry counter, its been a little while and I hope she doesnt work there anymore. This rich looking lady approached her counter and she asked her if she needed help and then told her to let her know if she did need help. I am 25 and was dressed in simple clothes, I approached her counter right after and the lady only looked at me and never offered any assistance. If I was a mystery shopper theyd get a zero on customer service. Excellent customer service should be equally distributed to all the customers no matter what they look like. Such treatment made me walk out without buying anything, and that is how you lose business.

I honestly felt like I walked into a Goodwill, I will not be returning. Clothes looked dingy and the store was extremely unorganized. If you want the real "Nordstrom Rack" experience, go to the one at the Greene in Beavercreek.
