If there was a button for no stars I would give them that.Yesterday I went to return a pair of black leather boots because they were a size too small.I waited in line to be assisted,and when I was the employee yelled the register number multiples times.I knew he was talking to me but I wanted to make sure he was gonna assist me.When I got to the register he rudely asked me "Wheres the price?", "How am I suppose to know this is ours?" Only becaue I hadnt accidentally ripped out the price.He didnt realize that the skew number on the remainder of the tag was on the receipt.He kept insisting that he couldnt do a return.He didnt seem to understand until I showed him the exact numbers on the sticky tag and the receipt.He He then began to refund the amount but failed to mention the chip reader wasnt working.Then he said" Cant you see it doesnt work?".After that he kept giving me looks throughout the time I was shopping.Later,I had seen a pair of gloves and he snatched them away from my hand.I told him that I needed them.I am very disappointed with this store because I have shopped here countless times and yesterday was the last time Im ever going.The employee who attended me was Samuel who was the "manager on duty".As a seller,your duty is to make the sure the customer leaves happy.In this scenario he could have offered a store credit or a discount of some sort.This ensures that the customer is staistfied and will return once again.Lastly,I was displeased to see that he didnt even try to make the situation any better.For the future I would suggest that the employees are well trained and know how to handle situations like yesterday.Once again,I wont be coming back.

I went in to buy clothes for a last minute job interview. By the time I was ready tp check out, the line was very long with only 2 cashiers. There were other associates walking around doing nothing and no one came to help. When it finally became my turn, my cashier didnt even say hello and seemed very preoccupied with another employees drama. Somehow through it all I left one of my bags. I called the store twice that day to see if my missing items were left in the store. Both calls resulted in a very quick and rude "no". I finally just drove back up there to see for myself. I spoke to someone in lpss prevention who not only found the missing bag, but said that it was at the cash wrap the entire time. He was very kind to me, but all occurrences up to that point have left a terrible taste in my mouth. I can and will spend my money elsewhere next time

This store has the rudest employees ever. The loss prevention people are so rude to customers, they walk around like they own the store and have no regard for the customers. I recently visited this store and the cashier left the theft buzzer on some shoes, I didnt have an issue with that because mistakes happen, but the theft prevention lady runs over snatch my bag out my hold and then saw my receipt and removed the item, and then just continued to hold my bag, the cashier had to walk over and ask her why...she said I am doing my job and just threw my bag at me like I had stole something. Someone really needs to come to this store and explain that customers drive sales so threating them bad could result in a loss.

The rudest person Ive ever seen in retail works here. Old African American woman with short grey hair- you should not be working out on the floor around customers. Nasty attitude, kept looking at me like I was going to steal something and walked behind me literally SNEARING at me if I made eye contact the whole time I was in the ladies clothes. I walked out without buying anything, I was so creeped out.

I USE to shop at this Ross all the time until I had an awful experience with a manager not allowing me to come back in and purchase something at 10:55 after I had already been in the store previously and spent over 100.00. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. The other staff was friendly, she was just so rude.

Love this store, lots of choices in their shoe collection and the store was pretty clean as well. I visited the bathroom while I was there as well and I was impressed with the cleanliness. Ultimate goal was to grab my son some sneakers, mission accomplished! Will definitely be back.

The lines are too long and the overall sense of urgency to check us out. I understand that this is a discount retailer, however, theres no excuse for discount service. My cashier didnt even hand me my receipt. She told me to "grab it off the printer on the way out". Never again.

Very dissatisfied with customer service. Very, slow and they never seem to be staffed for busy times. Why have a return lane and a purchase lane if you are going to take them at any register? One lane with take customers in proper order. Very frustrating experience.

Great place where you can get beautiful designs on merchandise and quite a low price the material is also very nice sometime you get off for some baby stuff mostly the toys and that is really awesome customer service is good . I have challenge on returns

So Ross has cheaper prices, I feel like I am punished for trying to save money. I have been to a lot of these stores. they are nasty & disorganized. No other store is this bad Salvation Army is cleaner. They should be ashamed.

Worst customer service ever!!! I never write bad reviews but this place is terrible. People are rude and the lines are outrageous and theyll have one slow as molasses cashier. Save your sanity and go to Marshells or TJ Max.
