So much selection! This is my go-to place for shoes because they have up to a size 13 in womens! And not just the ugly cast offs that you find at other stores. Designer shoes and great prices. The mens shoe selection is just as nice. I was able the to check out quickly on a busy Saturday via an "express" set up that have on the side of the store closest to the dressing rooms. Tip: park in the garage underneath the plaza. There is always plenty of parking down there, your vehicle is out of the elements and you can ride the escalator up and leave your umbrella in the car.

The helpful and courteous traits that typically are found in these stores across the nation are not found here. The floor staff is rude and on three separate occasions has been seemingly dismissive to assist when asked. The cashiers are always overwhelmed and understaffed, so the line tends to be excessive, even when there are clearly more than enough staff to diminish the burden. Overall, this store has all the same things that others like it do and shares the same lower price bargains compared to the parent companies.

Absolutely amazing store. I think Ive developed NR addiction in the last ~1.5 years of shopping here. Not only can you find absolutely AMAZING deals (designer stuff at 80+% off), wide selection of clothes shoes and bags, the customer service is also very nice. Not to mention, the awesome clear the rack sales once a month when all red tags are an extra 25% off. Also 90 day return policy, wow!! I think at least half of my wardrobe and 80% of shoe collection is from NR. Cant live without this store!!!!!!

This store was pretty large and well stocked. It was busy, but the lines were kept fairly short. Lots of good selection and a large shoe selection. My girlfriend commented that many make up items that retail for 50 and 60 dollars were selling for 10 to 20. She got a new pair of Nike shoes that she was finding online for 110.00, for just over 50.00. This is like a higher end TJ Max with name brands, etc. Mall that its located in is pretty nice, with lots of parking.

Lots of merchandise! They have a pretty nice selection of mens shoes and clothes, but dont think that because it is Nordstrom Rack you are going to get dirt cheap prices. This location is convenient and accessible by car or public transit which is a plus. If in the area, Id shop here again. The stored appeared to be well organized but requires a little inside knowledge to properly get in and out quickly.

Really like this store except sometimes its hard to find a good deal. You have to be incredibly patient. However, if you do find a good deal, it will definitely change your life for the better. The customer staff is friendly and they do a good job of managing lines when the store is crowded. However, for an ideal experience, I would recommend shopping during the weekdays.

Great experience due to the tailor, Avery. Bought a new suit last minute for a wedding (that needed substantial changes) and he was able to turn it around very quickly. In fact, he stayed late just to complete the suit for me in time. To top it all off, the suit fits like a glove and is the best tailoring job ive ever had. Well done!

High end products at a fraction of the price. Come here instead of the original Nordstrom. Tons of shoes, clothes, luggage, everything. Great clearance selection. Can be very busy but they have many checkout counters throughout the stores to accommodate busy times. Bathrooms are often dirty is my only complaint.

Supposedly a bargain, I find myself spending 3x more on a similar item that I could get at TJMAXX right next door. After only a little over a year, the outrageously expensive jeans I bought have small holes in them and my shoes have worn through. For the money, I really expected these clothes to last forever.

The sales people were very nice. This location had a nice selection of merchandise. I needed a whole outfit for an event later that evening and found everything I needed without a problem. My only concern was that the manager on duty was helping the cashiers check out customers but wasnt very pleasant.

The checkout process here is so ill-conceived. The line is usually 10 deep and the line backs up into the Mens department. Theres no customer service desk for simple things like returns when its busy. The merchandise is great, but more than once Ive left without buying anything because of the line.

This store is a bit dirty and a mess. The dressing rooms are dingy. I would come more often if it was organized but I only go if I am desperate because it takes hours to find anything in a size. I know its the Rack but honestly I feel like I am shopping in a thrift store. Organization is key!

I LOVE the merchandise, I HATE the checkout line. No matter the time of day or day of the week, the line is unbearable! I cant count the number of times I have abandoned a full shopping cart to avoid standing in this endless line. Poor poor management, get it together folks!!!
