VERY snooty employees. Tried to drop off some clothes and open and account with them for the first time. Had about 20 items that had never been worn or had been worn once...along with about twice as many items that were worn but in great shape. All I have to say is make sure there is not one piece of fuzz or lint on the clothing. They told me if I rolled the clothing with a lint brush and brought it back theyd except it. (really wasnt bad...about the same amount of lint the clothing would collect hanging on the racks in the store!) And after going through all of the bags of clothing, the employee left them there and told me I needed to bag them up and get them out from behind her counter...really? A little advice to the "snotty" fox that helped me out...lose the attitude. You work at a consignment shop...not Saks. Took my items down the street to Sequels...SO MUCH BETTER. The staff was so helpful and friendly, store was cute and clean, had some really cute items on the racks for GREAT prices, cost LESS THAN SNOOTY FOX to open an account and they give you more of a percentage.

Its a nice store with a lot of good products, but the service was poor. We took products in and they chose not to take anything, which is fine, but they didnt bother telling us. So we were waiting in the store assuming they were pricing things and doing their end of the business for 20min when really they were just wasting our time. Wont be back #snooty

Went to consign a beautiful decor artifact to find they keep a full half of the price they set. Nice place, just seems greedy.
