I went back to the store to finish my exchange so that I can be done with it- when Emily, the assistant store manager took cared of me. Going back was like Night and Day! She was great, helpful, understanding and I was in and out in 30 mins- No issues. This should have been my 1st experience coming into this store and just unfortunate that due to the Treatment I had received from their employee, Neil- its hard to say that I could come back. Emily was great! Because of her, I will think about coming back- that is all I can say: Below was my 1st and previous Experience: I was told from the corporate office that the regional manager over the store would call me, but I never got a call- which was why I changed it from 1 star to 3 because of the Help I did receive from Emily. Previous Experience: It is unfortunate that I had to return an item because my child was uncomfortable in her car seat we had purchased a few days earlier. The employee Neil seemed friendly at first and I thought he was helpful- but when I explained that I needed help removing the car seat from my car to return it, he said he could not help. I asked him what the issue was, and he said it was a store policy- I told him that It was not a store policy because I had help at other babies r us stores in the same fashion and it was no issue & refused to show me where the policy had that an employee could not assist a customer with unloading or removing an item from a car. It was a return. The second excuse he then told was to the corporate office when I called them to file a complaint- and he told them it was the law in GA. This is another lie. There is no law in GA as to removing a car seat for a return or any other purpose, (my uncle is a personal injury lawyer for Fl & Ga. and he stated that this is a simple case of plain laziness and lack of knowledge of how to help with a buyer.) It was a brush-off. But they brushed off the wrong one! So while on the phone with the corporate office, the employee leaves to get lunch when there was no one else in the store to help. ?? What should have been 20 mins to get a store employee (a guy) to help with a car seat to do a return, I spent over an hour and a half communicating with the corporate office as to how to resolve a customer issue. I usually spend on average $200 a month and have a card at the store- This will be my last purchase over this most unprofessional experience, and must say as a former Toy R US Manger- completely embarrassed how these employees stand around with nothing to do when the store is empty of customers and no mangers on duty except for an " Angela" who says she is in charge, but not really?? I just want to pay my last bill and cut my card!

I had a very bad experience today I bought a Gerber baby food and found out it is expired six month ago and it is still on the counters i talked to the cashier and she said the guy who do that didnt came today because he was sick , look like he was sick for over six month , I always get the food without checking the date on it but now i will have to and i think i wont do shopping there anymore

horrible customer service! the one lady working at the register basically yelled at me for attempting to exchange something that had discontinued. She said that I would only get 3 pennies back for something that had discontinued, even if it was still within the 90 day return period. I have never heard of a policy like this and am very disappointed. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

We always receive good service when we shop at this location. Today we came in and received service above and beyond. Zak went out of his way to search the back to see if you had an adapter for my stroller (which is four years old now and considered a "dinosaur" in the stroller world) and you did! This is one happy mama he will now be buybuyBaby brand loyal!

Called store to check up item availability, not sure if staff name was jess or jessy attended the call. Took item number and placed me on hold for 20mins. Eventually I hung up and called them again. She answered the call and went like "I did not have time to look for the item we are all stuck at the register" not even an apology

I like the store generally, but Worst staff at this location, No ethics when talking to customers.Barely have an idea of how to process store pick up orders. It is not just one of them , i visited many times, whenever I go ,they just take hours to get it,whats the point in store pickup. They are rude .

While it is a one stop shop for everything related to kids and I do enjoy shopping there, but the low points are because the price is always much higher for the same product in comparison with the other stores. I dont understand why they charge a premium on common items like formula and diapers!

Visit here often and the staff is always helpful. The store seems to have a pretty good selection of items to choose from and you can usually find some sort of coupon to use online before going in. Best thing about it though is ordering online with the in store pickup option.

Ordered a car seat and seat protector online and picked up in less than an hour. Easy service, just walked in, showed my pickup email and they immediately brought it out and even took it to the car for me. Young friendly staff that were a pleasure to deal with.

Definitely will not be returning after my experience with management today over $6.99. The way she treated myself and her employee was entirely unprofessional. Beyond that, there is not a great selection and most stuff can be found elsewhere for cheaper.

The staff here is pretty friendly and there is a great selection of clothing. The prices are high compared to other places and/or online retailers. It is nice to browse and get ideas, usually you will find something on sale or a good deal.

Pretty good selection, kind of hard to navigate. Decent customer service. Not an extraordinary experience. Going to Target or Wal-Mart might be just as effective. Nice stuff though, but basics were all we needed.

The bathrooms constantly smell of urine as if no one cleans it. Nursing items are not stocked well and when asking for assistance all I got was a half way answer of I dont know and I think were out.....

Babies R Us has everything! The store personnel are friendly and eager to assist! All my friends have babies and I always come here for their baby showers, parties, any reason at all to shop here.

Just registered here as part of getting ready for our first kid. All the staff were very helpful and not pushy at all. I was actually impressed.
