Back in March of 2015, my mom and I went to the Kennesaw, Ga Babies R Us (Store 8854) to look at furniture I wanted to purchase. I live in Rome, Ga which has a Toys R Us, but I wanted to see the furniture in person because of the cost. While I was there, my mom and I were approached by a guy that worked in the store. He explained the registry process (I was only going to register for my furniture) and explained the rewards points. He said by people purchasing items from my registry and me purchasing my furniture, I would receive rewards points. He went on to say that I could purchase my most expensive furniture pieces first and use my rewards points to help purchase the piece that was the least expensive. He said we could earn around $300-$400 in rewards because the furniture was so expensive. We then talked to Diane, who helped us get the registry set up, and she confirmed everything that was said. On October 2nd I came to the same Babies R Us store to purchase my furniture. I had brought with me the many gift cards and cash I had received at baby showers to purchase this furniture. My mom also came with me. I went to the back of the store and ordered the furniture. When I went to the front to pay for it, I was told that I could not use my rewards points and my registry had been closed. When I registered back in March, I wasn’t told about how your registry closes after a certain amount of weeks after your due date. My husband and I started building a house when I was 10 weeks pregnant, and I knew that our house would not be ready for furniture when he was due. Our builder had told us to expect it to be finished at the end of November so I knew in March I would not have been ready for the furniture on my registry. I decided that I no longer wanted to get the furniture, and I wanted my money back. She then offered 10% off. I went ahead and got the furniture because I had $600 in gift cards. I had the furniture shipped to the Rome, Ga Toys R Us. The kennesaw store said they would call and email me about my furniture but it should take a week or two to come in. Well, 3 weeks had passed and I decided to call the Kennesaw store and check on my furniture. The first lady I spoke with said it was processing and she couldn’t tell me where it was. Then, my mom called Babies R Us in Kennesaw and learned it had been at the Rome store since October 9th. I received no phone call or email. The thing that made me the most mad however was the fact that my crib order had been cancelled. The crib that I paid for in FULL, had been cancelled. Of course the Kennesaw store blamed the fact that no one called on the Rome store. I think the Kennesaw store could have communicated with me and told me I needed to deal with the Rome store so I knew when my furniture came in. Instead, they made it sound like they would communicate with me when my furniture came in. I called and talked to Kim at Babies R Us. She made a bunch of empty promises of how she was going to help me. She did reorder my crib and told me she would monitor everything. To this date I still do not have my crib although it shows you have plenty in your distribution center. It has been reordered for the THIRD time by a lady at the Rome store named Candy. She has been very helpful and has kept me up to date. To continue this nightmare… I have called your corporate number to complain. I called November 5th and the person (that I could barely understand) told me a district manager would call within 1-2 business days. I called back November 9th at 5:00 P.M. after I didn’t receive the call I was promised. Again, I was promised a call from the district manager (from someone I could barely understand again) within 24 hours. I am still waiting for a call….. This WHOLE process has gone extremely poorly! I have NOTHING positive to say about your company.

Worst experience of my life!! I would rather shop at Walmart. First they made returns nearly impossible. Then nothing on my registry was showing purchased, even though the previous week I has $500+ on it. The big selling point is you get 10% back if your registry so this glitch is a big deal. The service at this location was awful so I decided after all this I would just use my gift card online rather than dealing with it again. There is a promo of 15% off Graco products, but for some reason it was not applying to my order. I had to do it several times. It doesnt apply until the very end. So I had to repeatedly exit out of a finished order to make it work. Now my $117 dollar gift card is saying empty even though only a $49 order was placed on it. Dont waste your time here. The benefits dont work, and its not worth the blood pressure issues. Just register/shop on Amazon. They have the same stuff for better prices and no problems.

Went to this location today to return an item from my baby registry. Called first to verify the one year return policy and it was confirmed. Its also listed at the register and online. However the sales associate was extremely rude and acted as if we were trying to personally rip her off by returning a $270 monitor that didnt work correctly. The manager had to come facilitate the transaction because the sales associate was unable and unwilling. Very poor customer service, and the checkout line took 10 mins before( yet again) the manager offered to check me out.

Ive been a frequent shopper here since I became pregnant last year with my son. All except my nursery furniture was bought here only because of a deal at a furniture store. Ive never had to return anything here but make sure to sign up for their rewards because you do get $5 - $15 off depending on how much you spend. I also had my registry here so when my son was 11 weeks old I received $65 total for everything that was spent on my registry.

Rude cashier & manager. Did not honor coupons. Created their own "rules" saying could only use one Enfamil check per product despite the coupon stating you could use multiple coupons on same product. Overall bad experience the past 3 times weve been. Well be purchasing everything we need online or at a different location from now on for sure. Very disgusted with this location.

We came to look at strollers and playpens. Duff helped myself and my mother inlaw. He told us about the different items, got the strollers up and down for us, and even loaded our cart for us. The staff was very nice and helpful. We just set up the items we bought and couldnt be happier.

They normally have what you need. I think they stopped price matching and accepting competitors coupons so we dont go there mich anymore. The changing room is mostly clean but always smells like week old dirty diapers.

Great variety of products but this particular store is understaffed, at least the few times that I was in there. A few of the items on the sales floor had not been updated with respect to their online advertised price.
