If youre looking for quality baby or kids furniture, Treehouse Kids will quickly become your favorite. They have a nice selection of strollers, cribs, baby carriers, decor and accessories as well. Their merchandise is of a higher quality that what youll find at a big-box retailer, and you can find the latest, popular brands and styles here. Another nice advantage is that this store is family owned and operated, so you get treated to a whole different level of customer service and attention. They also have a convenient delivery service, easy financing and online shopping on their website. Their brand new showroom is Tri-County is modern, attractive and perfectly suited to a great shopping experience. The staff is knowledgeable, well-trained and helpful - a rarity these days. All in all, I think youll find that Treehouse Kids sets the standard for baby and kids furniture, bedding and decor in Greater Cincinnati. If youre a parent and are in the market for these types of things, check out this store before going anywhere else.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! This store has the worst customer service in history. We tried to avoid shopping here because they were so terrible but couldnt find anything else locally. I would drive to Columbus or shop online before ever stepping foot back in this store. Our friend also had issues with a piece that was discontinued and they refused to help her. Luckily she was able to contact the manufacturer herself and resolve the issue no thanks to Treehouse. When we received our furniture several of the pieces had manufacturer defects including nails sticking out the side and they refuse to provide any help and redirect us to manufacture. They sold us defective items and want at 30% restocking fee for any return. They are impossible to work with. Save yourself the headache go elsewhere!!

My husband and I recently got the Spice Crib from Treehouse Kids, and we had such a wonderful experience. It took us a while to pick our favorite crib because they have so many beautiful options to choose from. Once we made our selection, we placed the order and, since we were ordering a custom crib, we expected it to arrive within 6-8 weeks. Exactly a week later our crib was ready for pickup! Although Treehouse Kids has delivery & setup options available, we decided to put it together ourselves, and it was a breeze. We are so happy with our beautiful, high quality convertible crib that will last for many years.

Treehouse Kids is a great place to shop for childrens furniture! The first time I went to Treehouse Kids I was 4 months pregnant and had already received a crib from my parents. However, I bought a beautiful nursery glider from Treehouse. The staff did a great job going over my options and helped choosing a fabric. Ive had the chair for 2 years now and get compliments on it all the time - it still looks brand new! I will definitely be going back to Treehouse Kids to buy my next childs furniture! Its also a great place to shop for some unique baby shower gifts for my expecting friends!

Buyer beware of this companys poor customer service! Sales associates are pleasant and tell you what you want to hear when you are shopping. Once you make your purchase and you are financially invested, their tone totally changes. They are very unhelpful on order inquires and make you jump through hoops when there are issues with your order.

Treehouse moved last year to the Tri-County Marketplace area next to Petsmart and US Bank. A much bigger selection of furniture, strollers, bedding, custom bedding, gifts and accessories. You can buy diapers anywhere, but if you want great furniture, unique gifts and more, you have to go to Treehouse Kids.

Dont shop here. Awful costumer service-manager. I was told different time frames for when my furniture would be in. When I talked to the manager about it, she was rude. I ended up with a baby first and no furniture due to them telling me different time frames.

This is the best place to shop for baby furniture and accessories ,they have the best quality and prices ,and the largest selections too! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable to our needs .Great place to shop ,would definitely recommend !

Ive seen this place before and thought they had cool furniture for kids, maybe a tad pricey, but I actually went here for an event in their rented space and it was pretty nice, they set up well for us.
