Do not waste your time if you want good service! I went to this particular location twice in two weeks and a different horrible experience each time. The employees are young, inexperienced girls who couldnt care less ab providing good customer service. The first time I went there was feces smeared over every seat in the restroom and though they cleaned it I still had to take my niece to a different store to use the bathroom bc she couldnt wait. The second time I came there was NO tissue in ANY stall and one stall was out of order. Being 8 months pregnant that is a big inconvenience! No employees were throughout the store so I had to walk all the way back to the front to get someones help. The employee refilled the tissue and told me "oh, the mgr knows we have a problem with our bathrooms and theres no one here to check on our bathrooms on the weekends." Are you kidding me? Note that when we first walked in we overheard a customer say to her friend "She was VERY rude." I would have to assume she was referring to the same rude employee who helped me... But if she was referring to another employee thats even worse. Order online or go somewhere else... But if you enjoy crappy service where you spend your money, this location is the place to be!

Waste of time and money. If you care about your money do not shop here. If you care about a loved one that you are buying a gift for, do not shop here!!! Their return policy is the most ridiculous policy ever!! You can not return or exchange anything without proof of purchase. Also, they do not take competitor coupons. Every single thing at this store that is also sold at BuyBuy Baby baby, can be bought at Buy Buy Baby for a lower price.

This location is well stocked with baby and toddler items. The staff is very helpful. If you need help with a registry or just finding a product in the store, they will be sure to make sure you find what you need and are satisfied. They even offer CPR classes and much more.

This is a great stand alone location. Staff are friendly when requested. Theres always a limit on popular items so you normally end up having to order to ship to store which takes 5-7 days. Other than that, its a great location.

Love the staff here everytime I go in they are very helpful. Only thing is that alot of what you see online isnt always available in store which sucks. But thats not the employees faults.
