This location has terrible management and customer service. This store doesnt honor their return policy due to a rude manager that doesnt follow rules. Terrible way to treat a rewards member that spends a lot of money. Plus, theyre always out of the basic things that other locations have. But, my last experience with the return which was valid but not accepted, the company lost me as a customer because of the manager at this location. Ill stick to Target. They never give me problem.

I love this Babies R Us. Come here often. Prices arent always the best but are usually better than Buy Buy Baby. So if its an item you cant find most places, this is a good place to go. Staff has always been courteous and always greeted me when I enter. Never had a bad experience returning something either. They have many good sales too and their registration is awesome! I dont know anywhere else that gives you the perks they do. Favorite baby land store. :)

Bethany in the stroller aisle was amazing. She was so helpful and asked me questions to find exactly what I wanted. She was knowledgeable about all the products and was patient with me (and my crazy pregnancy brain) and I know I would have been stuggling over those things all day if it wasnt for her. She was great!! Plus, the registry process was easy and explained well. Overall, the whole team made it easy. Thanks so much.

Not impressed, dont even have boxes to put gifts in like their competitor Buy Buy Baby. Also they had a free offer with purchase but were out of stock. I was told come back, and when I did they told me the offer was only while supplies last.... what a joke. When I entered the store two employees were too busy talking to even greet customers. I will stick with Buy Buy Baby where they care about keeping their customers.

Baby stores always seem to be jammed packed. Babies "R" Us while busy just like others, atleast seems to be staffed to accommodate the crowds. The staff is friendly, and went out of their way to ask if we needed any assistance and surprisingly unlike most stores, the staff seemed knowledgeable about various products and was very helpful. Also unlike some other baby stores, Babies "R" us is well organized and clean!

Worst experience I used to love coming here even to just look. Now I wont come here again they were talk to each other the whole time. In the enternce (customer service). Seen us at the check out and didnt say anything. They were just staring and talking. Like could have let us know to come there instead of talking. And one walked right passed us.

I dont know where to start from but this store it is the worst of the worst store I have been in so far very poor management very rude customer service I had all my receipts it shows that I purchased the stuff from them it took eight weeks to get my return back from them. If youre setting up a registry stay away from this store

Gave my registry gun to someone else without hitting confirm. Now, I have to edit my registry and that person who registered wasted THEIR time!! Plus, all of the cribs they have on the floor they have NONE or hardly ANY at all in stock. WTF

We have waited a lot at times for people to help us out at the various desks around the store. Thats probably only a staffing problem, but doesnt reflect well enough on the store.

I called to ask if they had a certain brand of baby wipes in stock and she told me they had no baby wipes at all. Didnt know a baby store didnt carry any baby wipes!

Awful service and the store inventory was awful. When I walked in employees didnt even acknowledge me! I like buy buy baby!

Couldnt be happier. Staff was super helpful when getting registered and went above and beyond. Everything as expected!
