Absolutely love this location. The people are very friendly and always willing to help. The online corporate institution is another story entirely. I ordered a Glider and Ottoman online to be shipped to my home on January 20th. I was given a timeline of 6-9 business days for delivery. I ended up giving them 10 business days before calling because we had a huge snowstorm up here. They informed me it was still sitting at the warehouse. Why is it sitting at the warehouse when it should be sitting at my house? The "customer relations" department informed me that that was all the information they had and they would forward my information and contact information higher up the chain, and I would be receiving a phone call within 3-5 business days. Well.....never received a phone call or an email, so I called customer relations again. At this point the package that I had ordered says it has shipped and they give me a tracking number, which doesnt work. So while on the phone with customer relations for the second time the person I am speaking with cannot find my package either and informs me it will once again be 3-5 business days before I hear back from "higher up the chain" about the status of my order. I am extremely unsatisfied with this entire ordeal as I am three weeks from giving birth to my first child. I shouldnt have to be constantly on this companies ass to find my order, and then be waiting around for someone to contact me. It is ludicrous. If I would have known how much of an inconvenience this would be then I would have just had the darn order sent to the store and picked it up. I thought this would be easier and now I am apparently paying the price. Do you think I have gotten any sort of apology? Nope. So word to the wise, if you absolutely decide to register at Babies R Us #1 have everything shipped to the store or #2 register somewhere else because the customer relations people are extremely unhelpful, and so are the "higher ups." I am completely dissatisfied with how this is whole ordeal is being handled and I warn you to be careful, they will not be much help to you either.

I am thoroughly disappointed in Babies R Us. Theyre return policy is not friendly to first time moms. I received safety items at my baby shower that we later on brought out to install when my son began crawling (8 months after my shower). We realized that most of the saftey items were not necessary to use in our house or we simply wanted different safety items. I still had the gift receipt and attempted to take back the unopened items. Because it was purchased more than 90 days ago, they refused to refund or exchange my items. I could of understood if they were seasonal items or items that they no longer carried, but they are currently selling the exact same products! Also, they will not do a store credit for items that dont have a receipt. Even though I live much closer to Babies R Us, I will be doing all my shopping for my son at Buy Buy Baby in Canton from now on, where they will do store credit for items being returned without a receipt or after being purchased over 90 days ago.

Joyless and disorganized. The "registry completion event" was nothing more than an attempt to get customers to do in a store what they could have done far more efficiently and effectively online. There was no good process in place to account for customers registry items that werent in stock, and sales associated were largely unavailable. Its understandable why Toys R Us is filing for banruptcy - the store is unable to consistently compete with Amazon and Wal-Mart on price and hasnt been able to create a customer experience that will encourage customers to visit a brick and mortar over online shopping. We certainly wont be back to this location.

I received a baby shower gift here from a family member (I was not registered here) and that family member forgot to provide me with a gift receipt. Well, when I tried to take in the stroller I had gotten without a receipt, I was told that, "there is no proof it was paid for." I was told by other family members that they wont even let you exchange sizes without proof that youre not a thief. I didnt even ask or think that I was going to get a money refund- I assumed Id get a gift card or be able to exchange it for similarly priced items. It was infuriating because the box explicitly said "Babies R Us."

Store had what we were looking for at an okay price. Had no help on the floor considering we were looking at beds and matresses. When we got to the register, an employee was ringing up another employees items. We stood there for a good 5 minutes without getting acknowledged. The conversation between the two employees involved too many cuss words. I had my niece and my 3 year old son with me. Very unprofessional. An older gentleman that worked there came up front and told us he could cash us out and was very friendly. Highly disappointed in the lack of customer service that was provided.

What has happened to good customer service and just being nice to customers? All I asked for was a gift receipt and Jazmyne at the register rolled her eyes and made a big deal about it. Just a gift receipt... I didnt even need your help because I ordered the items to be picked up. Just do your job, and be nice to people and smile for goodness sake! Im confused on why that is so hard for some people now a days.

We go here often for baby supplies. The store is well laid out and the workers are friendly. They have been very good with us for any returns we need to make for various reasons. They send out coupons occasionally which are 15-20% off. We will be back. I give it 4 stars only because check out takes a long time sometimes, but we still go back.

Good products, never have the stuff we want in stock. Service is absolutely terrible. Staff is lazy and unhelpful. Been to this location several times out of necessity and I have only found one person helpful once. All others seem perpetually confused, dont try to help and strive for mediocrity.

Me and my mom and sister had very terrible experience there we just came to the store to buy baby clothes,diapers and wipes for a friend whos getting ready to have a baby didnt expect to be racially profiled and followed throughout the store I would never give this store my business again

Staff could drive you to the walls. Asked whether they had more diapers in stock in the back, no one could find the stock boy to go look. In the time it took for them to give me an answer i could have looked for the damn things myself.
