I was told that they did not have an item that I wanted in the ice cream by a 17-year-old girl, who when I asked if she was having a bad day because she was being rude strew her apron down started to cry and she walked out. All because she didnt have cookie dough for my wifes cake batter ice cream. Her mother was sitting there explaining she had a medical issue. I then had to drive all the way across town to 28th St. to the new cold stone creamery at Tim Hortons.

This location is attached to Celebration Cinema North and gets a lot of movie traffic. I went in right before a movie and thought it would be a quick trip, but it wasnt. The line wasnt super long, but the two staff members were very slow that the entire trip took awhile. They did make up for it by upgrading me to a bigger ice cream. I recommend getting the sweet cream with cookie dough but ask for the smallest size as its very rich.

I was on a date here and I realized that I was short a dollar when paying for her ice cream! I dont know this womans name but she covered the two dollars short that I was. This made my day and reminded me that there are a lot of good people out there. Thank you.

I went here for a milkshake and they didnt even have milk. What sort of ice cream place that serves milkshakes doesnt have milk? Or really any facility thats missing a key ingredient or part for what you would like to purchase.

Mid winter, day after New Year 2017 out of most flavors...my Grandson loved his strawberry ice cream. Staff friendly, but Im missing my vanilla shake.
