Great ice cream and decent prices! If your expecting a 7 course meal, a foot rub, and a best friend then your at t he wrong spot. They serve ice cream here and they are good at it. Most entry level jobs suck and arent fun (bob sagget) i dont know if you have ever had one but nobody has FUN at jobs like this because they deal with customers who complained that the ice cream was to cold LOL yah thats real fun dealing with peole like bob. Imagine scooping 350 ice cream scoops with 3 different kinds because people want to try them all. Dont you think your arm is ready to fall off at the end of the day, ya, sounds like fun lol. The only thing anyone should say is what kind of elbow crushing ice cream they want and a thank you at the end of the employee elbow crushing experience OKAY. Thanks for serving the kalamazoo area ice cream guys keep it up!

Love the ice cream obviously. But employees demonstrate terrible customer service, as a fellow food service industry worker I understand they want to go home and close right at 9pm, but tonight I witnessed the employees tell a group of 3 people they could not get ice cream at 9:03pm when there was already a line of people still inside the store. In my opinion this was very rude and customers should be allowed to receive their ice cream until everyone has exited the building. Also in a previous experience my friends and I got carried away in a conversation and it was about 9:05pm and had the lights turned off on us, signally us to leave which I thought was very rude. Wish the owners could witness the things their employees do, or get better management to teach better customer service!

Just sat in and enjoyed delicious ice cream with my best friend and her son on this Veterans Day. I am active duty Air Force and they help us swiftly and with such polite attitudes. Kyle was expressly helpful when my friends young toddler became fussy but because of his allergies cannot enjoy any sort of ice cream. Instead Kyle agreed to let me purchase a few add ins that are allergy free for the little one. Best experience I have ever had at an ice cream parlor let alone the only individuals to thank me for my service. Every time I come home to visit I shall be sure to place this parlor top on my list to visit. Huge thank you to Kyle and the rest of the team tonight.

Oh, I love the ice cream but the service could have been much better. Actually I wasnt even there on this particular evening. My wife and daughter went because of her craving for your ice cream. I only know that my wife came back extremely upset about the young ladies working there. Apparently they were more concerned with talking amongst themselves than paying attention to the amount of ice cream that goes into the relatively expensive serving cups. Also, one of the girls was even wearing a hoodie which had its drawstrings dangling directly over the dish she was preparing for us. Not cool.

I had ordered a cake earlier in the day, but when I went to pick it up there had been a miscommunication with the "cake guy," but it wasnt a problem because the staff helping me were so sweet and helpful! They offered to decorate my cake for free (since I hadnt requested any), and the entire time they were very kind and patient. Very good experience!
