Server messed around while there was literally 15 people waiting. Then chucked a scoop of ice cream up, it hit the ceiling and then the floor. I said, I have a pregnant wife at home and that not only shocked them out of their stupidity, but also I got out to the front of the line. Not only would just not pay these jokers, I would severely vet them when hiring if you want repeat customers.

Tried it for the second time. Delicious! However line was crazy long, 2 people working and obviously needed more, 3 cafe tables and not a single outdoor seating except for a bench. Yes this is in a strip mall. I have seen where they place cafe tables outside to accommodate customers outside. Its a bit overpriced.

The ice cream was good as always but the service was very very poor. I stood in line for 15 minutes with my girlfriend friend which is fine. But then a group of kids/their Friends showed up behind us. Then the workers skipped right over us and served their friends first even though they were behind us.

The ice cream is delicious and the portions are generous. Their method of working add-ins into the ice cream rather than dumping them on as mere toppings really make a difference. This makes every bite as complete as the first.
