Just finished an install and needed a place to eat. I pulled into Sonic and figured I would give them a try since the last Sonic I ate at in Crawfordville, Fl was BEYOND exceptional. I asked the lady if it was possible to get my tater tots made to order. The name of the lady who took my order is called Destiny. Destiny stated "All of our food is made to order." I then informed her of some of my unfortunate experiences at other Sonic Drive Ins where they did not serve food made to order. I placed my order. By the way I should also mention this woman was very rude in how she responded to my question. Around 5-7 minutes later, here comes Kerrie with my dinner. We exchanged pleasantries and she went on her way. I immediately realized something was not right when I open the bag. You see fresh tater tots have a unique smell to them. These tots did not. Nor were they even hot. They were warm and smelled like they had been cooked in foul frying oil. My hamburger wasnt even fresh!!! The patty looked like someone had taken three bites out of it before they put together the sandwich. One of the sonic employees was actually waiting on a cab to go home when I asked him to come over to my car. I pointed to my malformed hamburger patty. I asked him does this look like someone ate some of my burger??? He stated some of the patties fall apart when cooking. After he made me feel better about it I ate it. I could not even finish the tots. The tots tasted like they were fried at lunch and left under a heat lamp all day. The oil tasted terrible. My stomach is slightly upset even as I write this. Kerrie walked by my car on the way to another vehicle carrying an order with a smirk on her face. I think they did something to my food. The manager of this place should be slapped repeatedly. The service is terrible and the food is absolutely disgusting. The only reason I even ate what I ate is because it is so late and I have a 2 hour drive back home. What a terrible experience. DO NOT SPEND A DIME HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. One last thing. There was only one other car on the lot when I ordered. NO EXCUSE!

I usually get an ocean water almost every week. Either at this location or at 231 sonic and usually always at night. On the way to college, I decided to stop by in the morning here. First off, the lady at the window looked like she hated her life. After she bluntly said the cost. I gave her my money, smiled, and apologized for having to grab a dime from my pocket. She said nothing, handed me my drink and shut the window as soon as it was in my hand. You could at least say have a nice day or something. Anyways, I got my ocean water and headed out. As soon as I was on the road, I took a sip of my drink. Now let me be very honest, Its very hard to mess up sprite mixed with blue coconut syrup. But lo and behold, they couldnt even do that. There was no taste of coconut. And the sprite tasted like it had been watered down. Usually 23rd street sonic never disappoints me when I stop by around 9pm. But I wont be stopping by in the morning anymore.

I work right up the road from this Sonic, and I go almost every other day, the past couple of weeks, I went maybe once a week, and every time my Cheese sticks were horrible, not cooked at all, so today I went and asked if they could cook my cheese sticks a little longer, and well, that must of pissed someone off because either one, they freaking just cooked them for a second and threw them in the microwave, or two, cooked them and burned the hell out of them, worst cheese sticks ever........and I always tip the car hop lady, will not ever go there and spend my hard earned money again, NOPE never!!!!!!! REALLY HOW HARD IS IT TO COOK SOME FREAKING CHEESE STICKS.??? OH, AND YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR GREASE, BECAUSE I COULD TASTE HOW OLD IT IS!

Just visited this sonic for dinner. The lady taking my order named Diana, was super nice and talked me into ordering their new boneless wings and they were amazing! Every other sonic puts next to no sauce on them, but this sonic makes them perfect! Not to mention my mozzarella sticks were cooked to perfection, and they up sized my Cherry limeaid for me because I waited on fresh wings. When my carhop came out, she was just as nice as she could be. I think her name was ashley? She even gave me back my change unlike all the other sonics in town, which gave ME the choice to tip her, Which I did. After reading the reviews on here I figured I better not eat here but Im glad I did. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

The good was good the first time I came here, but the wait was long. They did have 1 person handing food to the car at the window and 1 coming outside to give the next car there food which definitely helped. Today I had to wait even longer for my food and I only had 1 car in front of me. They couldve brought my food outside to me and I know it was ready because when I finally got my food it was burnt. When I did finally get to the window the 2 girls stood around chatting before I even got rung up or anything. Then I was told that even thought i ordered a meal with another drink, id still have to pay for a water cup. Very poor service. Wont be returning here.

The womens bathroom was disgusting today (August 13 2017) looked like no one knew how to flush. Then we ordered... they forgot one of our meals and then tried to say we already were given it.. what?! Then they forgot our little girls tots and fries. Asked for ketchup never got it. Took a half hour to get the girls tots and fries. Ordered a cheeseburger with certain things off of it..came out wrong. Had to ask for straws three times... The staff wasnt very nice. I recommend you dont waste your time going here.

They are very rude! I called to speak to a manager and asked for them by name they asked what was my business with them and they hung up after i said it was not their concern its between the manager and I. They said well to bad and hung up. People like that want to make 9 or 10 a hour but they wont work and have the worst customer service ever.

Absolutely horrible. Out of 4 meals they got three wrong and completely forgot one. When I told them they insisted they already gave it to me. I think not. Never brought ketchup. Had to ask numerous times for straws. Only 2 people working at lunch hour. Absolutely ridiculous. Never ever go here.

Pretty much even worse than the one on Tyndall. Fries were cold and gross, chili was burnt and seemed like an old batch. The only thing good were the drinks. As an added bonus my stomach turned to knots after eating here.
