I visisted the ice cream store for the first time, in late 2010. I had tried another one on the beach, but it turned out they stocked their ice cream with store bought brand, while Cold Stone, on the other hand, makes their own ice cream. Whats the point of going to an ice cream store if they sell store-bought brands? I could go to Wal-Mart and get it cheaper. Anyway, to the ice cream. they had about a dozen different flavors, from: carmel latte, cinimun bun, mint, and others. They also sell cakes and drinks. The ice cream itself was quite delicious, with a textures I cant quite compare to another store bought brand Ive tried (and Ive tried Eddys, Blue Bell, Blue Bunny, Publix brand, Wal-Mart brand, and the other main brands; Ive thin -- not fat, by the way...); no hard bits, a little chewey, and smooth. I couldnt think of anything to compare it to when I wrote this. The prices, however, are quite high and I feel dont equal what you get in amounts. I got the small cup size, which isnt even a full pint, and it was $3.59 (with tax). I can get a pint of the same flavor, of blue Bell, from Wal-Mart for $2.00. And the freezer with ice cream they made for sale, the tubs (not big ones -- more like two to three pints) were expensive, too (somewhere between $6.99 and $8.99 -- not including tax). The peanut butter cup one falvor looked tempting, but not for that kind of money. The store environgment was clean and pleasant enough. The employee seemed to maybe be a little overworked and not as friendly as you might expect (but not rude).

Walking in, we had no idea anything we wanted. So we stood back from the bar line and was looking at the menu. Stacy asked us multiple times if we know what we want and I told her not yet. She kept looking at her co-worker and laughing at us because we couldnt decide. Then, I asked for a Tuna sub and they had none. Its before noon. Why couldnt you make any? So she gave us an attitude along with rolling her eyes and rude snide remarks. As I walked to the ice cream and was asking questions, I decided I didnt want any, I apologized and she rolled her eyes again. Then proceeded to give us a hard time at the register. The music is SO loud we had to SCREAM our responses and theres flies and gnats flying all around the tables. Horrible HORRIBLE service for my first time. Should have went somewhere else.

My wife and I decided to try the Coldstone since we had recently moved here. I picked the "Our Strawberry Blonde" special. The serving sizes were very skimpy and the worker only put ONE strawberry in it. I asked for more, later to realize each strawberry counted as an extra add-in! The description for the special said it included graham and "strawberries." If they are going to be so stringent, they should go ahead and change the description to "strawberry--only one!" Definitely a let down

I was in Cold Stone Creamery this past weekend with my 3 kids and I had the best Ice Cream experience of my life. First, the Ice Cream was delicious, and so creamy, me and my kids loved it plus it was a great atmosphere they even sang for us. Cold Stone Creamery we Love you, we will definitely be back. Again, hands down, Cold Stone has the best Ice Cream

Yummy.. I am a huge frozen yogurt fan, but that does not mean I like just any old froyo places out there. I am actually picky when it comes to frozen yogurt. This place was great, only reason I did not give it 5 starts was the line. I will defiantly be back soon tho

First this maybe the best icecream I have ever tasted, Im big fan of sweet so I have eaten almost every ice cream out there and this by far is the best. You just cant beat getting icecream made fresh. The staff is also very friendly. I will be back again and again.

Ive never been to a worse Coldstone. My German chocolate cake wasnt mixed well, it taste like it had no coconut, the wrong chocolate ice cream, and 3 lumps of brownie. They dont know what they doing. I am from MD where I have never had a problem.

The staff and ice cream here are top notch. It is my favorite place in the area to go to for quality ice cream. You really pay for what you get here and I couldnt recommend anywhere else in town for a sweet treat.

The ice cream tasted like they scrapped the frost off of it before setting it out for the second week in a row. Gross. Not the best location.
